I think this is a great idea Kian. I used to have trouble understanding your fast ones, but I also love this kind because I like seeing how you weigh your FB options. Good to see you posting more, I'm excited to see what else you have in store.
I find the example solve videos very helpful. The speed and added explanations was perfect for me. I had to watch your recent 100 example solve videos at half speed. In this video you were very thourough at finding the best first block. Are you able to do that in normal inspection? Do you have a strategy to find the best first block in just 15 seconds?
Glad you found this useful! I usually don't inspect as thoroughly as I did in this video but I definitely find solutions to at least 3 possible blocks every time by scanning the cube quickly once I find easy or solved pairs
Hi, I use cfop for normal 3x3 and I've started using roux for one-handed and I'm averaging around 16-18 seconds. I wanted to get your opinion on what is the best cube on the market for specifically one handed M U moves. Thanks in advance!
Thank you for the (Gilles) Roux solves. On many of your prior solve videos, you used white as 'U' and red as 'R'. That orientation didn't work for me on scrambles 2 and three? I first learned Roux by using yellow as 'U' and green as 'R'. As an odd coincidence, it matches the orientation of the onionhoney github roux trainer.
Iirc Kian has used the same Valk since 2017, so he probably would only recommend that option. But imo, cubes such as WRM 2019, Super RS3M, RS3M 2020, Tornado V3 are all solid options for Roux solving. More specifically, if you're into OH, the first 3 cubes I listed are excellent for that!

Great video Kian! This slower pace with excellent planning explanation really helps 🙏👍

I had a few other ideas I kinda forgot, but for the green white on solve 5 you can hold the pair solved and do U' M' F r D r' D' for FBDR in 7 moves

hi kian! what do you think is the biggest problem with roux method compared to other methods?
tbh I only watch these to try to improve my first block
My boi Kian's back!

learn good fingertricks then any 3x3 that is light enough should work

In your opinion, what are the best cubes for roux? I wanted to buy new cubes but don't know which to get

What happened with the Rs3m super? it will be your main for 3x3 and OH?
It is my main for 3x3. I just don't have it with me right now
when's your next comp?
How to orient the cube prior scramble. Anyone?
How to get to cude champion please bro tell me 😢😢😢

Always wondered, how come you always say U,D,R,L,F for most mves but you always say the word "Back" instead of B?
just a guess but D sounds like B
@@ElliottKobelansky correct! I learned from Rami & Patrick doing teamBLD back in the day, can't have any confusion there
