The officer would prefer she drive away ignorant, believing nonsense, rather than setting her straight on the law and rights. He'd rather threaten you than compromise a possible date with a rather sexy looking ambulance lady. Filming alone cannot cause alarm. There was an officer on scene she had no reason to be alarmed except for her ignorance of law because she expected him to delete the footage. You can film whoever you want in public so all the copsplaining about not filming people is nonsense. Officer you are not educating, you are miseducating!

      Q. - How many cops does it take to change a lightbulb?
A - One to hold the bulb. Two hundred to lift and turn the house around the bulb to screw it in. Three hundred to "ensure their colleagues safety" on the scene. And a whole Plod force, including the Chief Constable, to moan that they don't have enough cops to allow lightbulbs to be fitted properly, therefore decisions on Lightbulb Fitting in the future will be on a case-by-case basis.

Using council cameras and Police BWV is completely irrelevant when a member of the public is filming. One has legal right to do so to protect the public, the other isn't protected by legislation to constantly film while someone feels they are distressed.

One day the quad did doughnuts and covered 3 houses including mine with mud , totally covered in thick mud. Nothing done, no officers to be seen over 6 months. Quad bike knocks over officer going to the school and all of a sudden heavy police presence knocking on doors wanting info about quad bikes in the area. Colour of bike, clothes they were wearing , what time of day do they come out. I said check your records it’s all on there, over 60 calls from residents. We said someone was going to be hurt. Then they ask your name when calling to your home. Different standards for them and us.

The wording of section 5 is POWERLESS if the individual's conduct is "reasonable". So I think asking the police to remove clowns from the street would not be enforceable unless the clowns are specifically individually targeting you and running up to you etc knowing you hate clowns. AB was putting his camera in the woman's face and so I think it was reasonable for an officer to intervene with words of advice

    • @happyjonn9242

clearly it depends on the context. Where and when. if your clown was in the high street on a Saturday Afternoon during a carnival type atmosphere juggling or handing out flyers or something then no, if it was at 3am in a deserted street or empty car park (where no reasonable person would expect to see someone dressed as a clown) then clearly yes.

The mistake the female ambulance worker made, was that she kept engaging you. The look on her face, priceless. I think the kind of behaviour displayed in the video, over a trivial matter, is indicative of what can occur in more serious situtations, they can dig themselves into a hole, and keep digging, making up and misinterpreting the law. This can lead to wrongful arrests/charges etc. In that sense it is dangerous. Added to that, the police have tremendous powers, permissions and working practices that enable them to compare notes, fabricate notes and facts to support things that were never 'true' or 'just' in the first place. Take the circumstanves around the Hillsborough disaster as an example if you wish, but there have been many many others. Added to that, they have the experience and power to manipulate the investigative processes, to stall them, twist them, and ultimately corrupt them. And even in the situations where it is unavoidable that officers are held to account, they can then retire early etc and get away with it whilst receing full penions etc. I think that type of things is dangerous

The entitlement taught is usually during scene management and bystanders; often lecturers falsely pro-porting you can DEMAND people to stop filming due to patient safeguarding/consent etc.

Im not a auditer fan but you AB are 100% brilliant, Ive learnt alot from you. I didnt realise you can actually film in certain areas. I dont hate police but there are many that really do abuse their powers, not all are the same. But i got pulled over for a broken headlight bulb, he was the most arrogant policeman I have ever met. Anyway great work AB and thank you. You are very entertaining.
Stay safe and keep up the fun videos and teaching them the rules.

I think it was the officer that got educated,as for the paramedic not wanting filmed, she was straining her neck out the window, what does she expect😀
