North South Choke - Details on the Finish

- I share the key details that help with finishing a nice, tight north south choke. When done properly, you shouldn't need to use a lot of energy when you squeeze for the finish. North south is an under utilized position in BJJ, but it is great for controlling your opponent after you have passed the guard.

@@BJJBlackBeltDad no worries, I just searched for north south choke and you showed up down the list. There are many vids but they don't have some of the finesse details that this choke needs. Would love to see some of your setups or sequences for it , or any adjustments between gi and nogi. 👊
