In the last game, with no limit on your fps, it should be 120. Did you lower your device refresh rate to 60fps. BTW you can play fortnite at 90fps of high settings as well, and the graphic difference between high and epic got noticeable.
The problem with mobile games is that the quality of the games is beyond bad, while the hardware is actually really capable nowadays. Its a huge waste.

Go into developer settings and go to "Graphic Driver Settings.". From there you should be able to change it
