So i said in the end that unnecessary punture is not necessary .....do only when required ......most of the time there is no need of punture ...u can do punture when iv set is not working due to air not passing in bottle ....

Puncture in the rubber knob where u have inserted the spike and keep the needle intact in that rubber.
