Obviously we cant see anything inside..just by insertion of foley whether it has reached urethera one have to insert until urine appears..then probably water instillation is done.

How to know the mechanical reason urine leakage after catherization process..pls make a video on it..

Sometimes my patient still have incontinence after insertion. I used distiled water, push in 10cc but still there is leaking of urine. Should i put more distilled water mightbe 20cc?
