@@asiahenderson8414 I tried this for 4 days a few weeks ago but changed it a bit, but I basically had 1 banana mixed berry smoothie for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs with some cucumbers for lunch, an apple as a snack and 2 scrambled eggs (with only 1 yoke) and some brown rice and salad for dinner. I also drank green tea before bed. I lost 4 kgs, and I didnt gain them back because I slowly increased the amount of calories I was eating instead of just starting to binge, which is why I maintained my weight. I hope this helps!
I used to be addicted to sugar so every time I wanted something sweet I would eat an apple or drink green tea with honey. Green tea helps to boost your metabolism too so win/win situation. Also having no sweets in your house helps too. It took me around a week to get rid of the cravings.
In the original video Versatile Vicky prepares the porridge with milk, almonds, cinnamon and honey and she also adds diced apple inside. If you want to have a snack you can have an apple, some cucumber or a carrot. I hope this helped. 🌼
My mom did something like this in the 80's. She never knew it was a diet thing. All she did was ate poached eggs and toast for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week. She lost 20lbs. She wasn't intending in losing weight, just really enjoyed poached eggs. Anyways, she went to visit my grandma, who was extremely worried about her rapid weight loss, and made her sit down and eat a piece of chocolate cake. My mom threw it up cuz all she was eating at the time was the eggs and toast. It took her awhile to adjust to regular food again. I'd say in my opinion, that of course everyone is different. But when doing the egg diet, just be careful and listen to your body.
To anyone that's gonna try this diet: Eat a tsp of honey or dark chocolate to PARTIALLY make up for the low sugar in this diet. You're gonna need some sort of sugar in your body cause this is an extreme diet! You might feel light headed, nausea or low energy especially if your body is used to consuming lots of sugar. Sugar is optional though. If you're gonna stop doing this, slowly incorporate amount of calories to avoid gaining the weight back. Ex. Add 10-20 cal a day Edit: Also, don't forget to exercise! Sudden weight loss can cause saggy skin on some areas or stretch marks. -From personal experience
Yup, also that one. Before I wrote this I had my wisdom teeth removed and was not recommended to eat hard food for the next few weeks after my wisdom teeth extraction. This "diet" was perfect for me with few alterations to fit my current situation. Fruits have enough sugar in them to fit dietary needs for some people

I gained so much weight durning quarantine, last summer I actually got in pretty good shape and I was so happy that unlike other years I was able to keep it durning winter and cold days,and keep nice and healthy and slim...but than quarantine came and foood was my entertainment,usually I don't agree with this extreme diets,but this time I'm going for it, I am traveling in like 5 days and I really need to slim down if I don't want to feel like a piece of shit next to everyone else lmao...Anyway wish me luck

Usually when you do the diet you lose a lot of weight then when your off it you gain all back, unless you slowy raise your calories like: 900-1000-1100-1200 if you dont wanna gain any weight back I would keep your calories at 1200
I’m on my 3 rd day! Minus the green apple and replaced the tea with ( 4 bottles of water / detox tea ) . 4 eggs for breakfast and lunch . Oatmeal for dinner . It works but I don’t feel like I have less energy. I feel like I have more than normal but idk could be me

Water fasting is another type of crash diet but I was 193 when I started, did it for 4 days and I was 183. About 2 weeks later and I’m 181, 183 at the end of the day after eating

That’s not the original egg diet . The original egg diet was created by a youth we named versatile Vicky and the purpose of this diet is to loose weight because of the low amount of calories (900 calories a day) . The diet you are referring to is the egg diet for keto and that one is pure eggs , nothing else . The purpose of that is to kick start keto sis for a keto diet which is why you are allowed butter and cheese for the fat in it .
I have been doing poached eggs and scrambled and I am on day 5 today and carrying on. Lost 3kg in 3 days. Have a look on RUclips there are lots of recipes for egg diet and the original one allows you to have carrots and cucumber as snacks if you feel hungry and also to get enough fiber. First 3 days with headaches and keto flu. But from day 4 boosting with energy.

This is simple math. Eggs are filling but low in calories and carbs. You could eat 12 a day and still be under 1000 calories. Add in just a little cardio and you're on fire 🔥🔥🔥

@@ZeRoKah I'm not sure if you should lose weight but why don't you try intermittent fasting. That way you get to eat and lose weight. It's not as easy as it sounds but I think you'll be able to do it before going into extreme diets.

So I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about 1 month. But my weight hit a plateau. So I saw this video and decided to do it for 3 days. Each day I take 8,000-10,000 steps. And I’m also doing 16:8 fast. Day 1 - Start Weight 216.4 Steps 8,224 Was easy. Didn’t really struggle. Day 2- Weight 213.6 Steps 8,128 I struggled so much. At this point I was tired of eating eggs by lunch. I was craving everything as well. Also was feeling more hungry then the day before. I had no slip ups and stuck to the diet. Day 3- Weight 213.4 Steps 8,395 Didn’t change much after day 2 maybe water weight. I guess we will see after today what the final results are. Day 4- Final Weight 212.2 Total Loss 4.2 Day 3 was definitely the hardest day. I didn’t want to eat eggs anymore I wanted something different to eat. But overall it helped me get past the plateau. I would definitely do this again.
I mean the reason why everyone loses weight is because you’re just eating eggs, and cutting out the carbs(which retain water ) making you lose weight fast… again it’s still progress and I recognize that !
To be fair a good portion of the initial weight you lose is water weight. I fast a decent amount but it also happens with diets that drastically reduce one's carb intake. Tough low and/or no carb diets, if done properly will always lose quite a bit faster than moderate and/or high carb diets. Though most aren't going to have the will power to sustain the low/no carbs very long, hence why generally you really should keep track of what you eat, find acceptable compromise and balance with exercise.
Hello fam, I'm new. I tried this diet six days ago, the goal was to do it for 10 days but I stopped because I had killer stomach cramps and I was bloated and never full.

SO I am doing this diet as of tomorrow and I will try my absolute best to update I don't have a weight scale but I will get one this week but my current weight is (129-130.8) So I will be eating eggs every day till I get the scale and see if there are any results till then cya. I did this last year for 6 days I lost 6 pounds in 57 I had 8 eggs and 1 apple big one and a cucumber 🥒 and almond milk with my oatmeal with a honey or sweet and low and sugar free hot chocolate
So the cons stated on the egg are false. Eggs are considered the #1 super food for a reason. There is a reason every culture has it as a primary staple. Cholesterol is not something to be feared. The med industry banks on our ignorance of this. Sugar more so is. Sugar is the anti nutrient, meaning it blocks your body from absorbing nutrients. Eggs have soooooo many key nutrients and vitamins. Thats why the diet works extremely well. Because you are simultaneously feeding your body nutrients it likely was missing and protein to prevent excess muscle loss esp if not lifting during this diet.

Your body doesn’t need any sugar to function. I did Carnivore for a full 30 days and that was the best I’ve ever felt. The mental clarity was real.

@@ZeRoKah I'm not sure if you should lose weight but why don't you try intermittent fasting. That way you get to eat and lose weight. It's not as easy as it sounds but I think you'll be able to do it before going into extreme diets.

So I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about 1 month. But my weight hit a plateau. So I saw this video and decided to do it for 3 days. Each day I take 8,000-10,000 steps. And I’m also doing 16:8 fast.
Day 1 - Start Weight 216.4
Steps 8,224
Was easy. Didn’t really struggle.
Day 2- Weight 213.6
Steps 8,128
I struggled so much. At this point I was tired of eating eggs by lunch. I was craving everything as well. Also was feeling more hungry then the day before. I had no slip ups and stuck to the diet.
Day 3- Weight 213.4
Steps 8,395
Didn’t change much after day 2 maybe water weight. I guess we will see after today what the final results are.
Day 4- Final Weight 212.2
Total Loss 4.2
Day 3 was definitely the hardest day. I didn’t want to eat eggs anymore I wanted something different to eat. But overall it helped me get past the plateau. I would definitely do this again.

I mean the reason why everyone loses weight is because you’re just eating eggs, and cutting out the carbs(which retain water ) making you lose weight fast… again it’s still progress and I recognize that !
To be fair a good portion of the initial weight you lose is water weight. I fast a decent amount but it also happens with diets that drastically reduce one's carb intake. Tough low and/or no carb diets, if done properly will always lose quite a bit faster than moderate and/or high carb diets. Though most aren't going to have the will power to sustain the low/no carbs very long, hence why generally you really should keep track of what you eat, find acceptable compromise and balance with exercise.

SO I am doing this diet as of tomorrow and I will try my absolute best to update I don't have a weight scale but I will get one this week but my current weight is (129-130.8) So I will be eating eggs every day till I get the scale and see if there are any results till then cya. (P.s I won't do updates every day only till the end of the week) I also recommend eating some sort of sugar!

I didn't realise you could eat bread as I thought the egg diet was 3 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and again for lunch and the same for dinner ❤
You should try adding fruit to your oatmeal :)
And at least 1 teaspoon of sugar in your tea and fro breakfast you could have avocado toast!
I did this last year for 6 days I lost 6 pounds in 57 I had 8 eggs and 1 apple big one and a cucumber 🥒 and almond milk with my oatmeal with a honey or sweet and low and sugar free hot chocolate

So the cons stated on the egg are false. Eggs are considered the #1 super food for a reason. There is a reason every culture has it as a primary staple. Cholesterol is not something to be feared. The med industry banks on our ignorance of this. Sugar more so is. Sugar is the anti nutrient, meaning it blocks your body from absorbing nutrients. Eggs have soooooo many key nutrients and vitamins. Thats why the diet works extremely well. Because you are simultaneously feeding your body nutrients it likely was missing and protein to prevent excess muscle loss esp if not lifting during this diet.
