Make a slurry if you need to thicken the sauce. 1 tbsp of cornstarch to same amount of cold water, mix well, add slowly while stirring. Can add more if needed.
Hey, Kim! I love your recipes and videos. I saw one where you mentioned you have MS. I have MS too and tend to do a big cook once a week, making several versatile meat dishes that can be used in several ways, and casseroles because they reheat and freeze well. Working smarter not harder to conserve those minimal energy stores. Love your videos and recipes!
Instead of chicken I've made this with pork chops. It's very good. I think chops have more flavor than chicken breasts, especially bone in chops. I love peas and will put frozen peas in the rice, too. I'm referring to the last recipe.
Oh my!!! The last dish with the Lipton onion soup mix looks incredible. Definitely going to give it a try!! I use it on my roasts and it's so yummy. Where can I find the recipe? Please and thank you❣️😋
I like her ingredients but I like she put her hands on the meats instead something you must use gloves? Make cooking look so undesirable, when add ingredients you must use your hands , however a person who cooks must use utensils and gloves. Please use with some food when add ingredients. Senior mom
I'm sure if she was in the FOOD NETWORK Show, she we would wear gloves....but she is in the comfort of her home. And this is for her family to eat and enjoy her delicious food 😋 😋
It's just the camera angel. She has her hair in a casual pinned up ponytail and when her head is down you are seeing the loose ends of the swept up ponytail. It looks like the ends are part of the front but it's the ponytail ends.
Love crockpot recipes...easy and good👍thank you
Thanks for sharing all of your Southern Dishes .
I love how y'all make everything look so easy and fun . Also you make it a family and animal thing which I love and embrace...so cool! Thank you

Super recipes. Thank you both.❤❤❤
I'm so scared she's gonna trip over those dogs, lol
Me to, I love my animals but when you're busy in the kitchen they don't need to be in the way to be tripped over. Kim could get hurt
She is probably so used to them being there it's not a problem.
My mother used to make that last recipe when I was a kid. It’s called Don’t Peek Chicken.

Oh no. 😢 Looking for the recipies. I'd love for you to include that.
How do you always get just the right amount of foil? I always forget too much or too little 🙂🙃🙂

Never seen chicken shred via mixer. Thanks for the tip, Kim! 😮❤
Cream of celery soup is also good with the last recipe.
Tip: Use a glass mixing bowl if you try mixing the chicken to shred.
I know me either....great hack!!

Great 😊
If my husband sees anything to do with a crockpot, he won't even taste it. But if I put it in a bowl, he will eat it all😂
Thanks for the recipes! I have never seen chicken shredded with an electric mixer, that is a neat trick!
Me either... pretty cool

If you like pork chops it's really good with bone in chops, too.
Looks good
The hour long cooked chicken really looks tough...but the recipes seem really good..not sure they should cook that long though😮
Everything looked good
I've never seen anyone shred chicken like that before 🤔
Born and raised here? Kim you so funny😂❤
❤🎉😂Absolutely 💯
I think this is the 2nd time n i watched charles n laughed 😂😂😂
So is that first recipe soup or dip? I didn't hear which
Maybe sear chicken in butter and seasonings first. You would get better flavors
Oh my, marinara sauce on top of smoked sausage and cole slaw mix???
Watch Earthlings, the documentary
"We'll have it written down in the comments coz i know y'all been requesting that" 19hours later....🧐
Wash that chicken before you cook it…I’m still going to try this recipe tho😂😂😂…
Phew! Sodium on steroids.
It is kay-suh-dee-yuh. Sound it out. The double "L" in Spanish is pronounced like a "Y" sound!
The chicken went from the package to the pot. 🤔
D ya
All the cross contamination is killin me!!! If you aren't going to wash your hands after touching raw chicken use a glove a fork or tongs.
The two 'll's' are pronounced like 'y'....
Pronounced quesadiya. ll is Pronounced as ya

Some of that stuff looked good but you put to much salt in everything. Especially when your using canned foods that already have a ton of salt in it
He needs to keep his mouth shut!!!!
That is NOT crack chicken
I'm sorry but, I have to say....I'm soooooo distracted by the fact that she touched the raw chicken.....then everything else 😮

It's for "HER" family! Do you wear gloves when you're in "YOUR" kitchen???
If you'd ever worked in a butcher shop you would wash your chicken and meat of all kinds.
Duh
Goodness, I don't like saying this but do y'all ever brush your hair.
They are at home chilling' with family! Not trying to empress you

I'm sure you don't look like Princess Diana when you get off work.
