I use a DTF product from a supplier- recommend temp is 310F for 12 secs - for cotton - 280F 12 secs for polyester- then 8secs after peeling - as for your images - you’ll have to crop the image to bring the image lines closer to image - since the second image has the registration marks it did not allowed both images to fit in the page - great video very informative 🙏🏼

Hi Katrina, Beautiful images and thank you for sharing all the information. The only thing I saw about the canvas bag was that the straps were not off the heat press, that might have caused the print to not fully press, just a thought. I do love your channel, I have learned a lot from you! 😊😊

I love your videos. I have the RIP software that came with the Epson F540, I love it. I add several print jobs at one time to print. I just highlight what I want and nest them. I love being able to resize them, change colors, etc in the print software before printing. thanks for everything

Hey girl, use a T Seal for the last press. It will blow your mind how soft it makes it.
What's a t seal?
I’d like to know as well what’s a T seal and how is the wash test also
@demetriusraines418 A T seal is for the second press you do on the shirt after the dtf image has been pressed on. It has a special coating that locks the ink into the fibers. I'll be honest I didn't believe it either. I tested and tested and tested my temp settings until I found the right one. I found it makes for a softer feel. Now, I don't go without it. (For example; I have one heatpress set at 320°F for 30 seconds, on that one I press the image on, I have another one set at 275° for 20 seconds that I take the shirt, cover the image with the Tseal sheet and press theventire 20 secondsis important.) Your heatpress settings may vary. I did many tests to get my heat settings correct. The T seal can not be used on temp. over 300°.

PS. Perhaps, you can create a new graphic that has both images on one page, and then import the new 2 in 1 image. Hopefully, that helps until you learn how to bring in the second or third image unto the one page.

Great Vid as always, I have learned so much from watching you grow. In looking at the black angel image it looks like there is a lot of space around the image that can be cropped out. That might also help with getting more images on one page. Be blessed...
Yes I saw that and I’m wondering why it transferred like that. I couldn’t figure out how to crop it inside. I will have to crop it outside next time if it does that again. Thanks

Hi Katrina, I have the same dtf machine. I got off to a slow start. Learning the software has been my struggle. I'm getting better. I look forward to watching your videos so that I can me improve my print outs. Here is a tip. I use transparency film when doing the nozzle check. You can wipe off the ink and reuse the film. Just don't let it dry on the film.

Why can’t I find te a3+r
To move the drawing from one page to another you just have to select it and drag and move it to the other page, use the screen mode than you can see several pages at the same time. If it doesn't let you move, press the key in the left bottom corner of your keyboard while you are sliding it.
I think my image had extra blank space at the bottom that’s why it wouldn’t go over. So I’m going to try it again. Thanks. It will try that feature as well to see it it works. Appreciate it.

This are cut lines used in publishing to cut straight lines around your image. If you connect them they should be straight lines, square safe cutting.
This kind of printing is very good, the only drawback is that the work efficiency is too low. It costs about 13 inches as much as a commercial printer. However, the printing efficiency is very high, and there is no need to manually shake powder and dry

I will give an update. I’m going to get another surge protector and plug some into my work station. But I and renting I don’t have separate electrical panels for this room. My pants are by floor and certain rooms
Hi Katrina, I'm using the same software for my whitetoner, to be able to put everthing that fits on one page together, you need to click on the page then rightclick; choose nesting and voilà you get everything that fits, on the same page. If that doesn't work you need to crop the images first. For the markings that for cutting with a smart cutter like cricut or silhouette i guess. I am not sure but i think you can change it in the print settings.

Oooohhhhh thank you so much I will definitely try that. Appreciate it I know the girl image needed to be cropped but I couldn’t figure out how to crop it in the software correctly. It was cropping nobly from the top and cutting her off. I’m going to practice some more. That was weird I never had an image from creative fabrica have that much space around it.

It’s the exact same machine that just has the roll. Don’t get hung up on the name. They require the same exact maintenance. Mines has the sheet that one is on the roll (that’s what the R s for)
I have the A3+r and yes it's made to use a roll. There are 2 more buttons on the front of the A3+r for feed the roll film forward and backwards which comes in handy when you're using a shaker oven and auto roll to roll up your prints. So the A3+ won't have those buttons and the way it feeds in the back is different than the A3+r making the A3+ in to an A3+r impossible.

They have a whole RUclips channel for the Vadline software. Please refer to that on RUclips. I’m still learning myself.
Katrina I forgot to ask you. I also purchased some black DTF power can I still use that with this DTF printer? I hope this wasn’t a silly question.
I put my oven in the garage, I don't have an air purifier and just walk out there to cure my images. The software you use is powerful, you can setup different profiles , Personally I rasterize any big designs like you printed, On the top bar after you import your image select the fit to width button . The crop button is on the job tab and if you crop your images you will be able to put more on your sheet and make them bigger as well. Excited for you , I have the Chinese version with the roll feeder and have loved using it. It was a pretty big learning curve for me but I got it now. Expect to do a head cleaning everyday and make sure you keep that wiper clean and if it sits a couple days pull 5 ml of ink from both whites before you do a head clean and shake your color tanks, You should have an auto mixer on the white. Enjoy your printer, they are fun
How do u do someone’s pic is it the same process. Also if i need to erase a background from the pic can u do that as well
You need to crop your images to make them fit on the page together (make it smaller) click on the image that you have already imported and then transfer another in and they will come on the same page! There isn’t an option to move the image in any other way that I’ve figured out! Printer properties option is your new best friend! Learn that and it will be much easier
And gimp software is included, import to there. Make sure your image is transparent to not have lines! Imports back into cadlink! It’s a learning process for sure! 5 months and still learning so so much on the daily girl! TSeal is as well the best for feel!

I will be doing more more videos stay tuned and not sure about the self cleaning. Still learning. I think it just keeps the white ink flowing. And this is way better than printable vinyl for sure. Especially the Siser dtv
It does not self clean but it does stir the white ink and cycle it. The software only works with windows PC. There is a bit of maintenance with these printers so be aware and do your Intel. I recommend purchasing from All American Print, they have the most experience with this printer.
@@rayzztera.3171 the printer still comes from All American they have deals with many other distributors so it doesn’t matter it’s still coming from them and all the support comes from them. I did my intel and maybe I stated it wrong regarding the cycling. Same difference. And I’m using it on a PC
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 I know that HPN is the newest distributor for the Prestige and I'm sure they will have much better customer service than Swing Designs who I've heard has been a nightmare for many that bought from them. All the tech support and repair tickets go through AAP they are the suppliers\importers of these printers and although overwhelmed they do a good job of it.
PS. I JUST FOUND OUT IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS THEY'RE GOING TO RELEASE A DUAL HEAD PRINTER WHICH WILL BE MUCH FASTER. 😃

Hi...I am having trouble and hope you can help. I have the same DTF Printer (Just got it almost a week ago) and can not get it to print. What setting should I be using in cadlink...I have cadlink 10 but could not get it to download this printer and so I downloaded the trial for cadlink 11. Please help...Cadlink says the image is printing but nothing is happening with the printer

Then it sounds like you need a bigger one with the shaker system if you are doing mass production on the regular.

Katrina, my Prestige A-3 came in yesterday, later realized that it’s not connecting to my MacBook. I downloaded Window Parallel and re-install, I was able to download the application but can’t register. Any help as to what to do next? Did you experience the same problem, looks to me that no one is talking about this, I think it’s very important.

No it’s not compatible with a mac. I stated that in a few videos. No DTF printer is. You need a pc or laptop.

For mass production you might want to consider the shaker bundle that one is for continuous printing and it does the powder and cures it as well
