That's nothing. I knew a father of two boys, 2 and 3. A truck rear ended his SUV. Yet he got arrested and put to jail for 3 months and then, sent to an ICE detention center for 12 months before being deported. The psicological scars that his kids have are deep. The 2 year old is almost 5 now but he doesn't talk, the 3 year old now almost 7, has speach and learning problems, they were bright normal boys. It's just sad. I see kids adopted from other countries given a family and an opportunity, and I see those boys born americans being ripped of their parents and ignored.
@@jimmyohara2601 oh so your white washed
This happened to a kid I went to high school with. They literally dropped him off at the boarder with nothing but the clothes on his back. He knew nobody in Mexico. Shortly after that he ended his own life because he truly felt like he had no life worth living. Its heartbreaking.
Just terrible 🥺
Oh no that is so horrible, how old was he?
That is so tragic. 😢
Wow. They just drop him off with nothing and he didn't know anyone? That's horrible! And scary
When this country was built on illegal immigration and slavery.. HYPOCRISY at it’s best

I know a kid from here who's illegal. His mother brought him and his younger brother here. The youngest one, Eddie, got into a wreck in his best friends truck. They were both only 17, and Eddie swerved to miss hitting a deer, but the truck was sent downhill and into a tree. His friend died in the wreck, which really had messed Eddie up. This was his best friend, he spent time at his home, played football together, went to church together, and his parents loved him like another kid. Eddie's mother and older brother, my brother in law, both worked hard to help put him through school and get into college. Eddie spent four years in prison for vehicular manslaughter, the other boys parents begging courts not to do that. They had already lost one son, and this was equal to losing another one for them. The closest thing to their son, as well. Eddie was deported last year, and fortunately his father still lives in Mexico, but other children aren't so lucky there. He lost a scholarship to college playing football, and his future. The system doesn't look at individuals, only people as a whole. What's good for one will be good for many. 🙄☹️ Children don't choose to come here, their parents do, and I wish they had some sort of program to help illegals just trying to live a better life.

@@Mai-sx3yf you do realize how hard it is to legally come here?
@@kay-wj3jx No unfortunately A LOT of people don’t, that’s why we have the IGNORANT comments like, “If they would have came here legally in the first place....” if they were in their shoes they would do the same thing. It takes thousands of dollars that people don’t have, not only that, they have to wait years and years to get denied or approved and maybe they need to get here sooner because a loved one is sick and needs the money. There’s not a lot of jobs in Mexico, Honduras, etc. I don’t see why people have a problem with it. The ones that do should maybe sit down and re-evaluate why the hell it’s their problem in the first place. People minding their own damn business in the first place wouldn’t have to worry about why they are here.

For the sake of your children, and for goodness sake, WHY do this to your own children? A family is better together, even in hard times, being together is better.
Deborah, I was a teacher in LA for 30 years, and I can tell you that not all parents put their children first. Many actually use children to get a foothold in the US, and in the process put them in jeopardy. People always cite the government as "breaking up families" through deportation, but who is really doing that? When fathers and grandfathers stay in Mexico, as this young man's did, the child grows up without males in his life. I have seen many children sent here without at least one parent, and they are placed with strangers. I could go on. Illegal immigration is wrong.
@@marymckenna6482 I have seen enough to know that. half of American kids grow up without a father figure. I did not say anything about the government breaking up a family. I comprehend that there are literally millions of people illegally walking into our country every year. And this is not fair. This country is not very wealthy anymore. Its very hard for the average American to make ends meet, and paying for healthcare and education for non citizens out of our taxes is wrong. Besides, my sister got kicked out of where she was living because she broke up with her boyfriend, and it would take her. awhile to get together the money for a place, and we asked the government if they could do anything for her, even a few hundred dollars in food stamps. She was literally looking at having nothing to eat, because she would need to put that towards rent. The first thing they asked is if she was an immigrants, or if she had children under 5 year old. When she said no, they said, sorry , cant help you. All of our programs really are for mothers with young kids or immigrants. So. UP his a**.
