Loved this! I was actually heavier when I was counting calories and trying to hit a certain protein intake because I’d just eat when I wasn’t physically hungry to meet a goal. I still have to stop and ask myself now if I’m physically hungry or just bored, etc ☺️
I hope it’s alright to ask, how did you stop counting calories and macros? I find it my biggest barrier to moving forwards but I’m so scared of going over numbers x

I think the hardest thing these days is social media and influencers… we get so involved in the content that we believe we’re actually friends with the people we follow and admire or we want to be because we think we know them… there was a time in my life when I really wanted to be friends with you and with a few other fitness content creators and I was very disappointed to admit to myself that these online people would never be my friends in real life because they rarely mix with the followers and some don’t even interact so the the audience … outside of this bubble burst … Valeria you have inspired me to create a small group of ladies in our 30s and now we’re just sexing in the city of London lol 😅
In my opinion, all this great, healthy eating doesn't do any good if you don't pay attention to where your food comes from. Avocados, banana, berries, salmon and and and. All these foods often come from other countries, where there is sometimes a shortage of water, but vast amounts of water are needed for production. Long transport routes, salmon from aquaculture. Something like that harms the environment. Thinking a little more about sustainability wouldn't be a bad thing. Especially with your reach on social media.
