Hi my loves,
Happy Tuesday! This is officially that last video of Wellness Month and what an incredible month it has been. Sanne and I are so incredibly happy at how it’s turned out. Thank you for all of you who participated and contributed. You have inspired me to work harder, to put myself into more uncomfortable positions for growth, and to really reflect on the positives of each and every day. I am so proud of each one of you for joining along on this journey.
Let’s rock it out until the new year. I know better things are coming and with the holidays coming up, its a good way to focus on feeling the feelings you want to attract into your life!
In today’s video I wanted you to see how I really go about the week. Sometimes I plan out my meals and sometimes I’m rushed and have no time at all. I love my snacks and my smoothies and I wouldn’t change a thing! As long as I’m connected and paying attention to my body I am happy to adapt and try to see what is best for me! I hope you enjoy. Recipes
Pumpkin Pie Coffee:
Espresso or drip coffee
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp almond butter
Mint Chip Smoothie:
1 frozen banan
Handful spinach
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup oat milk
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 avocado
1/2 - 1 tsp peppermint flavor
Dash salt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Mix
2 tbsp taco nibs blend lightly
Chickpea Avo Sandwich
2 pieces gf bread
1/3 cup chickpeas
1-2 tsp olive oil
1 lemon wedge squeezed
Salt/pepper
1/3 cucumber
Drizzle of honey
Alfalfa Sprouts
1/2 avocado
Sweet and Sour Chicken:

1 smashes banana
1 egg
1/2 cup blendet oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix
Add chocolate chips
Fried Rice (Found a recipe below that is healthy and tasty)

1 banana

I just want to say thank you. I always see people "live a healthy lifestyle" on youtube and they are always healthy, but not always sustainable. You showed so many healthy and truly filling meals and it is so refreshing when someone shows/ tells their audience EVERYTHING they eat and does not "hide" the lazy meals/ snacks

Almost instantly subscribed and liked because holy crap its so good to see someone actually eat well balanced meals and not obsessed over carbs fats or calories. Thank God! Lol as someone who's been a chronic dieter and trying to heal from that but also still eat healthy it has been so hard getting food inspo on here that's actually yummy and filling.

I do,I need my snacks lol. But I make a healty snack. Usually I cut up some peppers, carrots and cucumber. And I make a small bowl of some popcorn, some seeds (1 tablespoon) and sometimes some cocos chips/flakes.
I cant eat and eat, bcz after i will have a stomachache
So glad I found this video-this reminded me of how I used to cook my meals when I was living with my housemates in the Bay area, and I remember how good I felt! Currently been eating a little *too* well at home with my mom's cooking, so watching this def has inspired me to get back into my food routines and I'm excited. Thank you for sharing!!

something I’ve been adding to my banana pancakes recently is unsweetened coconut yogurt and it makes them so soft and yummy!! i definitely recommend!

Love your work girl! This looks great and tasty. However, in order for this plan to work for someone trying to lose fat, portion sizes should be precisely measured to make sure caloric deficit is created. There are many online tools that can help you with this. I remember using dietarize when I started my weight loss journey and made some solid progress, but more importantly I adopted healthy eating habits. Cheers!!

Love this video!! Such great inspo! Hot tip for cooking rice: at the end of cooking it - mix in some cauliflower rice-- put the lid back on and let it steam for a few minutes. You can't taste it and it will lighten up the dish!

The BEST vegan pancake recipe -- one banana, one C oats, one C plant milk, blend, then add in 1/2 tsp baking soda, cinammon, vanilla, and whatever other things you'd like in! Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken and then cook the batter! So yummy and they look and taste fluffy and delish like pancakes made from flour!!

I’ve come up with a new pancake recepie the other day and it is AMAZZZING : 🥞
5 egg whites
1 medium ripe banana ( not overripe )
2 Tbsp almond flour
6 Tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
For topping mix peanut butter with 1 tsp cocoa powder

@@claudiacreates554 hi Claudia! Girl, It is ALOT! But it is very rewarding and it’s just what I’ve fallen into. I’m good at it because I can multitask like no ones business! Also (and I know there are many chefs that have AND are full time😳) I don’t have kids, which works well for me, and my boyfriend is a sous chef at the same restaurant. We are very lucky in many ways to have the situation we do. It’s never too late though! If you’re driven and you really want it! If not, no worry! I will say the older I get the more I miss having holidays off, or enjoying special occasions, but hey! Having 8 months off due to quarantine was a blessing in disguise because as a chef you are ALWAYS MOVING! I’ll let you know if I have any other tips!A loha🤙🏝

My fav pancake recipe (I literally eat this every morning. I'm not kidding)
1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1 scoop any protein powder (I use vanilla Orgain)
1/3 cup egg whites or 2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (you can add more if too dry)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
Then I usually add lots of cinnamon and sometimes blueberries (optional as well)
I top it with pure 100% maple syrup mixed with cinnamon sometimes a nut butter!

1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp cacao powder
Blend in the NutriBullet and you’re ready to go!

Fried rice tip****
let the rice cool completely before frying with veggies. Most Asian recipes call for minced garlic and ginger. Garlic and ginger dance so nice together in recipes.
