Just to be clear for the ones that think it’s EASY to build muscle and look muscular. It’s ABSOLUTELY not. And to do that you have to eat enough protein everyday AND progressively overload the muscles over TIME. So don’t be afraid you won’t look muscular without planning, time and effort. It’s to much false information out there it’s wild 😅
@@amandaliew2595 Yes! Two grams per body weight is enough! And make sure to eat it everyday and pair it with progressive overload in the gym over some time. Don’t know what your goal is but it will be a lot harder to build muscle in a deficit just so you know 🥰

The most protein I can get in at one time is a protein shake but that’s only 25 grams. When you need 120 grams a day how do you get in almost 100 more.
@@lifewithcancer916 It sounds way harder than it is. I’m vegan and I eat more than 2g per body weight now easily because I naturally like more high protein foods and want to eat them everyday. It’s just about planning the day before or always make sure you have the amount protein you need in each meal to reach 120g and knowing what foods are high in protein. You will ofc be very full after drinking a shake than eating something smaller in volume with more protein 😌 I don’t drink protein shakes I put the protein in stuff instead. Shakes are not that pleasing and it’s not necessary if you don’t like to drink them.

I have a question. I love the way eating healthy makes me feel but sometimes I want something sweet or junk food like cheeze its or donuts… what should I do in that case? What I’ve been doing is eating it every once in a while and sometimes instead of eating a whole donut, I’ll have half
You could try making a sweet treat for yourself at home instead of going for the unhealthy stuff! Whenever I’m craving something sweet I grab rice cake thins and top them with almond butter and honey and it helps to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I really like both girls Sami and Sanne but I have been feeling recently that one of them following the life of another… getting a dog, getting engaged and online fitness platform.. so bizzare 😃
