Hi Sami! A few years ago I was eating cashews and my lips started to tingle and swell. And after that my throat started closing up on me and I ended up in emergency. The doctors had to put large quantities of Benadryl in my IV along with other meds. I’m so thankful that they were able to revive me. I now carry an EpiPen everywhere I go. Please get yourself checked out. Stay safe. 🥰
I have bloating and constipation from vegetables and but only one day this week drinked mint tea and ginger and this Helped me but this is tough ,but if u should do blood test for allergy with nuts and peanut butter I did 4 years back and it was negative ...

Oh no about the cashew butter! I’m also GF and DF. Since we aren’t eating dairy or gluten, it leads us to eat so many nuts and seeds. Nut milks, nut butters, nut flour crackers, chips, tortillas, desserts. Unfortunately we can overdo it and our bodies aren’t happy. I’ve been there!
Something to think about perhaps, if you’re having nut milk in your smoothies and then nut flour crackers for a snack, and nut flour tortillas for dinner and your dessert contains nuts. Could be too much and leading to eczema. Just a friendly thought to think about 💛

I think the only reason as to why I disagree with taking seed is because in the long term your gut stops to make it own pre and probiotics and builds a dependance on this supplement. So without the supplement your body will be producing very less symbiotics and you will begin to have withdrawal symptoms, experiencing all of the negatives of having a non-functional gut that produces low concentration of symbiotic, due to not taking the supplement.

Paid? Commissioned? The first video it happened I bumped on it, but then with each passing time it gets a substantial shoutout in your videos without clear disclosure, it makes me lose trust in your recommendations because it genuinely confuses me what’s sponsored and what isn’t. I know you “wouldn’t recommend anything you didn’t love”, but as a consumer of a lot of YT content, it really does register whether the person says “this portion of the video is so kindly sponsored be seed” - Just some constructive feedback because I know your community’s trust matters to you.
