Prayers are pointless when this is God's wrath.
It's notable how the water very abruptly reaches the critical level and speed to move cars - they're stationary, then they're all moving at once.
I can't believe it happened again! How sad! And that guy who was holding on to the car...It looked like he might have gotten up and out of there before being crushed by all the cars. This is horrible for a beautiful town. :(
What was that guy doing hanging onto his car like that? It's probably a good thing he got swept away so he could get to the sidewalk before he was crushed between other cars.

Who wants to live near 2 rivers and a lake? Next time build a log house on the Mississippi you will get the same outcome
its not the river(s). it was & will be the over development uphill on the bowl around EC.
