So pretty. The most important thing is what you add beforehand. My hair always frizzes on me with overnight methods so I need to use some leave-in conditioner.
It helped me a lot to realize you’re just simply wrapping the section of hair around the band and the band always stays in the middle, unlike with French braiding!
I actually tried this method for the first time on Sunday night, I was so excited to wake up and see how the curls came out. I definitely didnt wrap it the correct way like you show in the video. My hair was still wet the next morning when I took the thing out and just wound up a frizzy mess until my next wash, very disappointed. I see you're hair is not super wet when you're wrapping, maybe I'll try with drier hair and your wrapping method. Thanks for sharing!
Same here girl! I have butt length thick Brazilian hair and it’s always frizzy so it took a lot trying different things to see what helps and this is what I do. when doing heatless methods like this is or even doing two braids overnight to give it some waves, by adding a little bit of hair oil to your ends as well as some texturing spray does WONDERS. If you add those products to your hair when it’s damp not wet before you do a heatless style it’ll really help with the frizz as well as how cleaner the curls look.
Someone needs to design one of these with a third tube bit for the back! The curls look great front view but there's always about 6 inches of straight hair in the back that throws it off imo
I also heard if, as you wrap, have the Curler go towards the back of your head instead of straight down from the crown. I.e, more parallel to the floor-ish.

So we’re did you get that long sponge thing for your head. Also scrunchies and clip included? And it stayed in your hair all night? Or did you need to put some kind of cap over the entire head to keep it from frizzing and pieces falling out?
I got mine from Amazon, came in a 2 pack - sponge tube, clip and scrunchie. But my results were terrible following the included instructions, I think wrapping this way (alternating twisting to the front and back) produces better results.

I tried this and my curls were so tight that I couldn't even get the large tooth side of my Tangle Teaser through it! The only thing I could do instead of washing it again was to pull it all up...lol.
I put a head towel over my head to protect it but yiu can : .use A shower cap . Pun it up . Get the sides of the band we're the hair is wrapped round and tie them both together into a pony tail ... or yiu can just try another curl hack ! Hope this helped ❤

Mine is like that no matter what I do. The back of my head is a whole different texture/no curls.
I'm reading some reviews that said instead of parting your hair from the back in a straight line....to zigzag instead and that helps alot
