To anyone wondering if this works, it does!! I’m so happy mine turned out so good! I only wore them for about two hours and my hair was damp. The curls are so prominent just remember to wrap your hair tightly!
how did u get the claw clip to stay in place
@@arianadaiyan3166 I used a big claw clip, and since I was using it only for two hours, I didn't have to move as much. Try to use the claw clip on a side instead of the middle of your head to get a better grasp. Hope this helps!
Do you use any product?
@@tinkthefoxylilmiss6801 nope, just wash my hair or take a shower and wait till it’s only slightly damp. Then I wear the curler for about two hours
How long does it stay
as someone who has dull straight hair and refuses to be anything but.... this hair trick really works and lasts all day!

The blow dryer trick over the rod then a quick curl at the end with an iron is my favourite and I use it the most for real!! Great video queen ❤

its so difficult taking care of my hair. my hair is SO CONFUSING. sometimes its straight, sometimes wavy and sometimes theres a single big curl on the left side. i dont get it. whenever its straight, it gets flat and frizzy. so i try out hair products. NONE WORK. then magically every once in a while, my hair becomes beautiful, shiny, soft with perfect waves randomly. i dont know howwwwww

@@gravesilk322 my hair is dark brown and curly but the next day it’s wavy and light brown? same with my skin, sometimes my face is tan and full of pimples, and other times my skin is pale and clear

For anyone who doesnt want their bangs showing, i just move all my hair to the back of my head and keep bangs at the front, then take 2 clips or Bobby pins and clip them to thr side of ur head, then bring ur hair back to the front and it looks rly 90s and cute!
I've found that sleeping with just my bangs in a velcro roller and the rest twisted back like you did means I don't have to touch up bangs in the morning!

Sorry if this has been asked but I do not wash my hair every day so if I want to do this I wet my hair with the detangler? Or my hair needs to be completely dry?

turns out I’ve been doing it all wrong this whole time, my hair doesn’t like to hold onto curls and i thought it was that but I’ve been doing the things you’ve said not to do and I’ve been leaving my hair quite wet. i thought it was strange since i do this “old fashioned” technique called rags and it works fine for me so i was wondering why this method doesn’t work.

Should the hair be wet or dry? I want to try this but I don’t know if my hair should be wet straight out of the shower or dry
I tried this method and my curls turned out so beautiful but I want a bit more tighter curls so next time I might try with damp hair and smaller sectionsb

Does anyone struggle with actually keeping in your hair while wrapping it? All the time when i try it, when i start to tie it it gets all loose even if its loose or tight
I think it’s because you are twisting the sock or hair curler with your hair. Always make sure that the hair curler is straight and you are not twisting it while you are incorporating your hair. I did the same thing too lol. Hope this helps ❤

I can’t get my hair tight enough, I have the same pink curler as you and same clip but the clip doesn’t hold it in place whatsoever

I did this and I’m not sure where I went wrong, I woke up the next morning and my curls did not look as nice as hers, it still works but I wanted that wave like hers. Maybe it was my dead ends, or maybe I didn’t wrap it tight enough, I’m not sure.

I'm definitely going to try this! I just have a question: do you put any hair spray at the end of this method in order for the curls to stay like this all day? Or will the curls stay like this all day even without any product?
I know this is a really old comment but since you didn’t get the answer, it depends on your hair type. I have wavy hair and heartless curls stay for several days with no product. If your hair struggles to hold a curl, hairspray is probably a good idea at the end.

I have layers and I tried it and it worked, and it looked good
But if you don’t like it you can just put water on your hair and it will be gone

what item did you use to curl them
heatless rod curlers
my right side turned out great but my left side was so wrong😭 i literally tried to do the left side 10 times but i kept doing the mistake you said we shouldnt do but please clarify what TO DO.
Ik im two months late but.. when you’re wrapping the hair and you’re leaving too much space, finish wrapping the strand of hair you have - THEN add the one that was too loose and wrap it close to your head, you can just use your finger to hold the previous wraps in place!
As you can see there’s a cut after she tells you what not to do and you can see the hair strand she’s talking about wrap OVER the previous hair, instead of underneath it
I hope this makes sense!

UPDATE.
@Lssy I tried it for myself, and it worked. Btw I did it when my hair was damp and it stays better. I used 2 scarves and rolled them up. What still messes up on the top of my hair. My bangs get weird when I use this technique. If you're just beginning it, then I would do exactly what she says, but maybe not too tight. I did that, and it was everywhere.

once i tie my hair it falls off. Its not staying tight on the curl.any suggestion?
Make sure you’re not accidentally twisting the sock/band when you’re wrapping the hair!! When you do that, the sock will unravel itself when you let go ^^
