I've been wondering about this in all their videos. This is the first I've seen with visible mics. They really don't seem like dubs but I can't figure out how the sound is so good. It's very impressive!

That's how they do it everytime. When they have a concert, the're doing some live gigs in the streets of the town. Listen to the Paris live concert. Absolutely great👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This sound is clearly comming out of a studio. Just listening to the drums. There a parts were you can hear tom fills or ride pattern. But the drummers in the video just hitting their hihat stacks and on top have no toms. The crash in the audio sounds massive. They just use a small trash crash. Also no overhead mics for them. The drum bass is way to massive. And not talking about the not vissual bass guitar. I guess there is no live sound at all. They are using in ear monitoring. I would also guess they are listening to a click sound or even this playalong we can hear already. I will see them live in 2 month. I will take a closer look then 😋👌

Those tree's hold a special place in the hearts and minds of everyone who grew up in Adelaide. They were there when I was tiny.
I knew it was Adelaide as soon as I saw the tree. Didn't make it to Womadelaide but I can see a bit of it here. Thank you :)

Saw them live and they definitely use some effects on their instruments, but that doesn't make it any less. They are really awesome performers and the music hits like a train, incredible.

It's a great feeling. First time I got to play tenor sax in an orchestra (10 years old), while playing, I was thinking "Wow, this is doing this. This amazing music is all of us combined."
It's just an incredible feeling making music with your best friends
@@jazzmusictheorist Insanely good. In an orchestra most were strangers to me, some hated my guts, but together we were a force to be reckoned with haha.

When the bass sax hit I felt that in my soul.
I'm using an equalizer that boosts bass and treble, cutting the middles. The bass sax hit hard.

This is why I LOVED marching band! A big ass ensemble, some parts simple yes, but the discipline for everyone to own their part and have the right parts shine in service for the whole song is magical.
Laying down that bass would be my favorite part. Simple, but 100% needed for the song to work.

i grew up skiing and from a young age my mum would wake us up at an early 6 am start and drag us all into the car to head up the mountain on weekends, this was the song that would get us amped and ready for that chilly day on the field. nothing compared to watching the sun rise over the snowy mountain and listening to this song. haven’t heard it since, this was truely chilling watching these guys play sail. thank you meute, and for re-delivering old memories

My neighbours already know (and hear) that I'm a massive fan. Was blessed to be able to see them live three times already (once in Germany, twice in Switzerland) and I hope there's a lot more to come! These guys are fantastic and their music speaks right to my heart. Never thought a band could capture me like that, but MEUTE sure did.

Während der Sommerferien in der Familiezeit für die Kinder und ich bin meiner Schwester ihrem Verlobten Schatz sooo dankbar, dass er euch über einen Bimer abgespielt hat. Ich hatte Gänsehaut, Herzflattern und positive Tränen in meinen Augen weil ich an unseren verstorbenen Opa ❤❤❤❤ denken musste. DER selbst Musiker war von klein an und mit seinem Vater + Bruder einen Orkestester / Chor/ Club über 40 Jahre aufgebaut hat und nach seinem Tod....alle seine Musikstücke 🎶 selbst komponierte Exemplare noch immer in den Orts,-Kirmes und kleinen Dörfern aufbewahrt und gespielt werden. WAS FÜR EINE EHRE!!! MACHT WEITER SO UND BEIM NÄCHSTEN KONZERT BIN ICH DABEI❤❤❤
