I’ve lived in Kentucky for 11 yrs. I live in the city. This is accurate. Eastern Kentucky is its own zone. Some people from there are hard to understand. 😂
This just cracks me up, Honey. I 'preciate it more than you could evah know. (My Dad was born in Pikeville and even after coming to Texas, he still had those wonderful EK sayins'.) Miss him so much!
We just got a brand new 3 dollar stores! All I ever get there is excitement and Zantac. Basically sometimes I just walk around inem till I get tired then leave without. I enjoy scooting/ lean riding the brand new buggys.
Not at all. UofK has ruined half that city. I remember growing up there and loving it but as more and more kids from out of state came in it all went to shit. UK owns half of the downtown area now and it's all garbage. You have to go to places like sidebar or breakroom now to get any local fun. Bless those two bars
"50 Dollar General stores within two miles". Accurate.
we don't have a Dollar General but theirs two Dollar tree stores in town , my winter home in Gainesville has 8 to 10 dollar generals close by

The 2020 GMC Denali joke was funny but in reality most people in Kentucky Drive new Corvettes that are paid for that's just for my observations
Let’s be serious, this town ain’t gettin’ a Target.
So worth sticking around until the end.
