no i don't blame them it's probably colder especially the bhajis/pakoras go soft real quick and the paneer might be tougher i think usually that happens when the food gets a little colder. make em try some foods from almost all main 4 regions like north,west,east,south atleast two things from 2 states because of the varieties in our country
French cook in india said Cauliflower in france is different than india... In india cauli is more soft so you don't have to boil it, and you can just fry it directly.... Boiling effects taste so much

You see, our Indian Raita, be it of 'Boondi+curd' or 'Cucumber+curd' or 'boiled potato+ curd' or some other veg., it always add taste to any of dish here and takes the whole taste to a new height. imagine Raita taken with Samosa, Pakoras, Raita+ Paneer+Roti..... wow.... it becomes so much mouth watering.... So please, next time don't forget to add Raita in your menu. Thanks.
