The only info on the internet 20inch apart ! Thank you finally found it. I don’t have everything yet but wanted to get started in the cutting of steel.

Cool set up! What is the width from the outside edge of each rail?

Hrm. Good detail on the radius. How much radius is required though? I've been thinking of making something using 8020 extrusions.

Great job! They DO make a shop rack already. The arms that come with do not fold, but you get 5 sets of arms and the rack for less than $100. So that might not be the best option (it comes off the wall further, I think), but it's cheaper than DIY and is ready to install right away...

Thanks that's a great note for anyone who doesn't need the folding setup. Definitely cheaper!

joliver1863 search metal supply near me in google. Just an FYI, the arms are much cheaper to obtain thru the kit than a la carte with amazons current sale price. you get 5 sets of arms per kit.

@@GR8TTSpeed You're refferring to the non-folding version of the arms though correct? the van systems are a lot more than the workshop setup (bc they include the folding arms we all want, of course).
Still, love the build! Just got my new sprinter & looking at cost effective racking for my TS boxes. Wht's the aluminum run per ft? (yes im being lazy). Either way, thx for the vid, very nice work ✌

Yep, I was referring to the non folding, didn’t know that was even an option at the time of this post.
