That's so nice you can refill this and buy it at Costco! Gonna have to check out the dish spray the next time I'm at Costco now! It looks so much easier to use than normal dish soap. Great tip about not squeezing the bottle! I can see myself squeezing it and making a mess without those instructions, LOL!! Facing the nozzle away from you is so smart too! The easy on-and-off twist feature is so nice too! It looks really easy and convenient to take it off, refill and then twist back on :)

Thank you! I thought I was losing it, being defeated by a dish detergent top.😂😂 But yeah, the directions don't say to hold the nozzle then turn... just turn. Holding the nozzle is an important step, apparently. 😏

Wife found out about this product washing dishes at church. Spray on, wipe, then rinse. She really likes it. We use it at home now.

When I try to put the sprayer back in the bottle, it didn’t work. I tried several different ways. I tried cleaning it, but the sprayer doesn’t work.

@@KathyMLifestyle I ended up using a screwdriver. The funny thing is that I think I’ve done this before at least a dozen times without even thinking about it. Yesterday morning, my wife called out to me from the kitchen, and asked me if I could swap the bottles out for her. I tried a few times and then went straight to RUclips for help! 😂😂😎

I can't turn the refill cap. Found the arrow, tried to squeeze the arrow, but the cap doesn't move when I try to turn it. Am I doing something wrong?
Ive heard some are having issues with their refills - just make sure you’re turning to the left.
I put a flat head screwdriver between the arrow on the cap and the bottle, pried it just a little, then it screwed right off. I notified Proctor and Gamble about the issue.

my mom and i just had problems with it so she beat the lid against the kitchen counter top and it opened

I still can’t open mine no matter how hard I pinch that arrow on the side. I hope the manufacturers are watching! 🙄🤦🏽♀️
