      Hi Max! Great video 💪 I think could be amazing if you explain how to make a profitable vsl, and it would be great if in another video you also explain how to optimize the skool business through the use of KPIs 😊

      @@Arnau.Dalmau Awesome stuff! This is noted. You mean a VSL to promote Skool? Like on the Skool about page?
      Also regarding KPIs. Any specific KPIs you like us to cover? Like sales data for example or something alike?

    • @Arnau.Dalmau
      @Arnau.Dalmau 2 месяца назад

      @@MaxPerzon Yes, a VSL to promote community, in the Skool About Page.
      The truth is that I have no idea how KPIs work, or which ones to use in each area of the business. If a complete tutorial could be made it would be next level, but if I had to say something specifically, I would say KPIs for the sales area data.

      @@Arnau.Dalmau That's awesome! I'd honestly just model the VSL that we have on our paid Skool community. It's super simple to make! A word doc + screen share the inside of the community. Will take you 30 min to complete :))
      Noted regarding KPIs as well! I think Miles will release a video on this tomorrow actually! /Max

    Great value in there! Maybe you have some advice for me on this:
    I am literally years into Social Media, and have done various services for my clients. But to be honest we haven't done great results. I have basic knowhow in many skills and I don't know which community to start.
    I want a niche that holds longterm, and I was thinking about AI (already competition; new to it), Procrastination (on my transformation yet) or does it make more sense for me to partner with a coach?

    Amazing video! How do you choose your sales closer for the 1-1 Skool Onboarding Call?? And how you educate them? 🤔🤔

      Awesome question! I hand picked them from my community. They were active and provided a lot of value. I also knew that they knew sales since before. So I asked them if they were interested, and they were! Within 24 Hours Miles was onboarded, had a full calendar with calls and was making sales. It was awesome! And the best part is that I didn't have to train him on anything, he already knew everything about me and the product :)) Hope that helps! /Max

      100%! The fitness niche is a massive industry :) I'd just make sure to focus on a specific niche within the fitness industry that the market wants using the strategies covered in the video above. Does that make sense?

    How did the guy in your Skool group do with his piano community? maybe this is just me coming up with excuses, but for the piano community example, it seems a lot easier said than done to make that idea better, simply because it is using a Masterclass strategy of getting professional teachers in the industry. That’s really difficult to build upon if you don’t have access to legends in a particular industry. Just curious how he/she made that idea better. Thanks for the video!

      Great question! The main thing we want to copy is not necessarily the service delivery or course delivery. We just want to confirm that there are people out there who wants to buy this specific thing. We want to have an offer that people want, that's the main thing, and it's awesome to figure that out by looking at successful competitors. Hope that helps! :)

    what about automotive industry? you think I should look a specific niche there?

    • @SkoolMasterclass
      @SkoolMasterclass  2 месяца назад

      You should 100% go through the process described. It's all about what the market wants. Ask yourself: What do people want in the automotive industry? What is it that people pay money for? I'm sure there's thousands of things people pay for in the automotive industry, but what thing holds the most potential that you can solve? The main thing is giving something that the market wants :)

    Don’t think apple AI being better than chatgpt is a bit of a stretch…?

    • @SkoolMasterclass
      @SkoolMasterclass  2 месяца назад +1

      Could very well be! But that's their goal :) Identify what the market wants and then try to make it even better. If I'm not mistaken they even partnered with ChatGPT. So they leverage ChatGPT and then add it into their ecosystem to make it better for their iphone users :)) Does that makes sense? /Max
