  • Fixing the dash on my 2014 dodge challengers. It’s common on the 2014 and older models. The dash starts separating where the center vents are located. Here is a quick fix.

    I fixed this same issue on my 2014 Dodge Challenger. This video was super helpful. I had called Dodge dealership and they said my warranty was expired. Thank you so much! 👍👍

    Nice video...my vents are doing same on my 2014 rt .what kind of radio is that I want to Upgrade as well did u have to did u need a wiring harnesses

      It seems most all 2014 models end up with this vent issue. The radio is the stock top package that comes with the vehicles. It is a Uconnenct with cd/dvd player and navigation.

    Same issue on my 2013 challenger.
    Picked up the car on the cheap a week or so ago...fixing all the issues..got the electric power steering pump done, trunk latch actuator...oil cooler replacement with all aluminum upgrade...getting all the air outta the cooling system is a pain..put car on a hill and burp and burp then burp it again..lol...will do the dash this week..and yes of course..the ghost window issue will be fixed next week as well..got all parts off ebay really cheap or inexpensive for a better word...looking for a good glue or adhesive to do the dash job right with.... thinking of an epoxy.. rather than super glue... Or spray adhesive..

    i have a sxt and i have a scatpack motor ready to swap but i wanted to ask is it possible to switch a sxt 2014 challenger gauge cluster and steering wheel Dashboard cover and center console to a 2020 scatpack ( i wanna change the 2014 dashbaord and screen and center console )

      It’s pretty self explanatory,isn’t it?? I don’t think he replied because if you can’t figure that out, you might wanna let someone else do it for you.
      I’ll tell you anyway… you look… with your eyes… to see what surface the dash material is touching when you push it down… then, let it raise back up and apply the epoxy to that area. THEN…. Pinch it back down and hold it there with something so the glue sets properly.
      I hope that’s enough information as it’s impossible to post pictures. I hope that’s enough information to get you going… but seriously man… just how DO you glue two surfaces together??? 🤔🤔 You apply glue to both surfaces and hold them together. 😳

    So annoying I got my 2014 rallye redline in November ... Was sold to me as "mind condition" boy what a joke...
    The same prob with the dash from day one and the glue was fresh on arrival to the dealership (that I rode on a freaking train 14 hours to get to). The wet glue had it smellin like someone was smoking crack in it. The rubber seals around the trim on all windows including windshield was super warped and ripped or not in place. She only had 59k on the engine and it was definitely NOT in mint condition. The radio was stock no navi and no touchscreen. Needed new ball joints and control arms for both upper and lower on the front end. Drove it all the way back home and the check engine light came on for a bad thermostat which was mostly inexpensive to fix but come to find out I can't get one through the dealership because they are supposedly on back order. I want to do a mid muffler delete to beef up the sound a bit the V6 is really quiet. I love big red but boy she has costed me so much I could've gotten a newer model and spent the same 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

      I dunno if I’d bother with the midmuffler delete on a v6… they tend to sound kinda weird and have a bad highway drone… but ya never know, you may like it so my opinion doesn’t mean jack squat. 😊

    I replacement new dash dealers tech 2k total w labor 3 yr warranty now 20% windows tint all around 2010 challenger rt classic
