@@Tabletop-Realms Ain't that the truth. Also yelling "whiff" and getting insta-karma'd by a perfect hit roll is hilarious. Double turns are so insanely strong in the early game where you have all your best stuff still ready to pop off. But that Sylvaneth double was also really nicely timed, being ahead by more than a battle tactic in points, the loss of one ain't so bad.
When you piled in with your death rattles on Sylvaneth Turn 2 it didn't matter that one goober was nearer the spite revenants it's on a unit basis (you select the single unit for your unit to pile in to) not model basis. So the whole unit could have piled in towards the gnashing jaws.
Thanks for the battle report, it was fun to watch! Quick question, why could Manfred still fight Belthanos after hé charged, even though Belthanos used his ability to move out of the combat range of Manfred? Sorry, I‘m still new to AoS…
@@BenjaminBergmann-o4h it’s a weird little rules thing, any unit is eligible to take a fight action if they’re within 3” of an enemy unit OR if they charged that turn. So if a unit completes a charge, even if they end up more than 3” from an enemy unit, they can still make a pile in and try to attack (but only if they charged that turn).
realy should have taken that double turn 1. cool battle report but many rules are missing, like manifestations moving the turn they are summoned, that jaws would never reach the grave guard on turn 2.
Winter based undead always look really good!
Great video.
Great to see another report. Love your casual and fun gameplay. A pointer so Jenne. Tree-revenants are 2 Health each.
Keep it up...enjoying the style... I Vibe!👊
My guy's defensive/priority rolls are unreal this game. I typed this right as the Gnashing Jaws absolutely iced a major piece.
They’re always really good until they REALLY aren’t 😂

(Of course, I play Skaven, so any double turn against me at any time is insanely strong and absolutely clears my army off the board)

Jen is a good general, but the dice gods were definitely on her side too 😆 Sylvaneth look really annoying to play against.
