Hi Annie, thank you for this video. Switching to barefoot shoes was a game-changer for me. They let my feet move naturally, which helped improve my posture and balance. Over time, I noticed my feet and legs getting stronger too. I wear Hykes Escapes, and they’re comfortable, minimalist, and durable. It’s like getting back to the way our feet are supposed to work.
Love my Vivo Barefoots for lifting! I also like Lems for when I want a bit more cushioning and stability - they have a wide toe box and minimal or zero drop, and some of their styles have a little bit of "squish," which I appreciate if I'm going to be doing some cardio or walking as part of my workout :)
@AnnieMillerCo the massage therapist I see introduced me to Lems, and I've since recommended them to several people who were interested in trying a more barefoot style shoe but maybe weren't ready to go totally minimalist!

What do you think of this list? Are there any other shoes that you would add to the list?
Metcon 5 good , i got wide feet soiled base but flexible too can use for legs or upper body
Hated my NoBulls because they were so stiff. Sold them to a friend and went back to my Nikes.
What kind of training do you do? Have you tried anything besides Nike and nobull?
Can you review the born primitive shoes?
I’ve never looked into them!
Love NoBull for me🎉
Love that for you
