The Japanese Encephalitis virus is a virus that can lead to a variable clinical presentation, from a mild illness to encephalitis, coma and death. In this lesson you will learn the viral life cycle of JEV, along with what countries are endemic with JEV, how JEV causes illness and disease, the signs & symptoms of JEV, and how we diagnose and treat it.
