Hello, I have done everything it says in the video for my HP 250 G6 i5-7200u Kaby Lake laptop to install Sonoma but it is impossible, I get AHCI errors and it continues in loop mode until I have to turn off the laptop. thanks man, how can you tell that it has a vi rus? did you recompile and check the code individually? Can you confirm that to other users that has the same experience? im not the creator of the images in olarila, you can always choose the other way around if you have doubts about it. seems its safe to use, use an antivirus as usual before using any of the files, but don't take my word about it, always do your research.

you have a corrupted installer, redownload it again since its a 12GB in size, your internet connection probably messed it up. The links are in the description of the video

Your atheros wont be usable since it has no driver for the recent MacOS
Just found the fix! Asus Prime Z790-P does not have AHCI settings in BIOS, but instead a new setting named VME. I disabled it for SATA drives and my SSD was found accordingly. Afterwards, Sonoma was installed flawlessly! Great guide for a hackintosh setup! Many thanks!

you need a driver/kext like VoodooPS2Controller to make it work, for the apple id you need to modify the smbios

im not the creator of the images in olarila, you can always choose the other way around if you have doubts about it.
seems its safe to use, use an antivirus as usual before using any of the files, but don't take my word about it, always do your research.

you have a corrupted installer, redownload it again since its a 12GB in size, your internet connection probably messed it up. The links are in the description of the video

Just found the fix! Asus Prime Z790-P does not have AHCI settings in BIOS, but instead a new setting named VME. I disabled it for SATA drives and my SSD was found accordingly. Afterwards, Sonoma was installed flawlessly! Great guide for a hackintosh setup! Many thanks!

yes you need an adapter m2(laptop) to pci(rx) that fits on your laptop, 13th gen is somehow similar to M2 chip on Apple.

@@f11bot i just tried the new guide on hdd too, i worked well so far, you may want to try that, perhaps your smbios, change it to something macbook pro with 8th generation processor, make sure you have updated the kexts

for that USB 3 thing, you should have a USB mapped kext on your EFI so that it can work on that machine, if you dont have that, it will not work at all, but in my new method, this will be nothing.
