@@sgt_major8419not factually accurate. The two are pretty close in specs. Solana seems to have a little more development and deals happening to promote mass adoption. HBAR has lots of DEX txns but fewer NFT and gaming txns than SOL. SOL had some stability issues which they've addressed pretty well, but HBAR had their own stability issues.
Both good projects but spouting maxi BS without facts doesn't really help your case.

Only Polygon, AFAICT, will have unlimited scalability and unified liquidity.
There is literally no such thing as unlimited scalability yet. You can add as many parallel nodes as you want but it doesn't matter because you can't just delegate all the txns to parallel nodes without them waiting for the ledger to update. Otherwise, I could simultaneously issue 1000 50-matic txns from my wallet with exactly 50 matic in it, and a bunch would go thru before the concensus mechanism realized my wallet is empty. What you are taking about is an unsolved problem. Sharding is one solution in POS blockchains, rollups is another, SOL uses single state with a POH algorithm to order the txns.

Stop. Long term Bitcoin will perform better. That is why people who are smart convert their alt profits into Bitcoin to get more. There are charts for this so don’t get short sighted. Yes, some alts will do better in the short run and many go to damn-near zero and it’s not even close. Bitcoin is the real deal. Take profits, pay your taxes, enjoy some, put the rest in Bitcoin. Invest in promising alts during the crypto winter while no one is watching and everyone is super negative
Bitcoin will never scale and its L2 solutions are horrible. Bitcoin can never replace tradfi without defi! Without decent smart contract technology it can't compete with better designed Alts.

You state that mass adoption is only going to come when there is simplicity in the institutional process and then show a clip of some guy talking about raiding the chest or not ??? Ok that's great for someone who is well versed in the crypto environment but for an average user, NOT going to happen if I cant even understand the language let the alone the tech. Get real. The ONLY way crpto gets mass adoption is for it to be EASY. Easy to buy, easy to pay, easy to transfer, whatever one wants to do with it. FSS, Coinbase wants to hold newly purchased crp on its exchange for 12 DAYS before you can transfer it to a private wallet. That is NOT the way to go. Worse than the banks.
Let the Bitcoiners stay in 2016. Rest of us will defi, nft and experience unlimited scalability and unified liquidity.

What are you talking about? His only clip on here he was basically saying you need to make it easy for people to use and access crypto, and he's trying to focus on obvious, simple uses that are possible now, in order to get more users. It makes complete sense. If you want mass adoption and successful blockchain, you need to make it easy to use, so the general public will use it. You need to solve problems and give benefits, so they will use it to get those things. SBF talked about capitalistic altruism, and how he was only in crypto because he thought he could make lots of money and he wanted to give it all away. When I heard about that interview my BS detector went off like a banshee lol, not to mention a red flag of him admitting he was only in crypto to make a quick buck.
