I have been in a slump for the past two months. When I got back home from the hospital, I was highly motivated to get back on my feet. Since I am in a wheelchair, I am stuck inside the house. What motivated me back to my exercises, I finally found the song I lost on RUclips. It's the French Old Guard marching song called La Victoire Est A Nous. It's a good motivational song for men.

These lockdowns really put me in a slump. Got addicted to Netflix & YT but the thing that stops me from wanting to leave the house is dealing with what society has become.

I don't get depressed or down to offen, I have been blessed to understand we are spiritual beings in a human beings body, several years ago, start playing Abraham Hicks "Everything is ALWAYS working out for me", every morning, several times or during the day if needed and before I go to sleep. Programming my mind for positivity, in a state of gratitude, it will help you shift your energy, understanding you can't be depressed and happy at the same time, it shifts the energy right away, allowing you to make a new choice and move forward! Thanks for being the best Alux and let's go!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

What about people who compared and then you ended up in a slump ? Tell me about that because I was treated unfairly by American and even foreigners who are from Asian Indians Latinos and Black people ?

Friend I am sorry you were treated Badly I understand, I am a Army brat meaning I traveled as a child to early teen years after traveling the Pacific Islands areas and people's we landed in the southern USA being kentucky I was treated Badly both by whites because I stood up to them and the blacks sadly because I wasn't a bum or addict or drunk and didn't take there side. People just hate TRUTH of any kind and with dread FEAR change. If they change they have to Admit they Proud and lack common love one for another. You keep your head and let them pass there company is not worth keeping
