Alux I’ve lost almost everything, my businesses, I had 2 businesses that I’ve lost, I lost my cars a sprinter & my bmw where I always listened to you in my bmx I miss my car 😔 I got my license suspended, I lost my mother the list goes on but some how I’m still excited about trying again on which I’m extremely grateful to God for bcuz it’s a huge blessing, might not b wat I was thinking but it can get me to where I wanna go, I can’t give up I have 2 daughters depending on me & have been having a hard time giving them wat they need, and that is eating alive, I beg that this is wat gets me to where I need to be, I am fearless I will give this my all so help me God 🙏🏽 I needed to get this off my chest, thank you Alux

The voice in my head has been the “keep on going” voice 😊 I’ve had a few failures and one of them took 5 years of my life. I was upset but not unhappy. The thing is: I’ve learned to block all external factors/influence from affecting my happiness level.
In 2022 I had lost my job, one month after, my girlfriend at the time gave me the "Im not happy" speech. Broke up with me and left. No job No girlfriend Left with an apartment with me now paying all the bills. It was tough but I got through this by going to the gym. I always had an gym membership which I renewal yearly. At the gym everyday helped my mind greatly. Loosing my job and my ex leaving me happened over 2 months. After those 2 months, I landed myself an new job earning 10K a year more than the job I was fired from :) It all turned out well in the end and still kept my health and fitness in check VICTORY!

Unfortunately, this video came 1 week to late for my friend who committed suicide. In the last 3 years, his life was just falling apart. Lost his girlfriend, job, dui, family issue, financial issue, depression and etc.

Alux, your intent is to lift people up, not tear them down, and you're doing a very good job. However, today’s trend of casual foul language sabotages any positive atmosphere that may be present, and I hear you drop these words here and there. I ask that you please reconsider the words you use to not weaken your positive that we grow from.
I have always struggled with eating healthy, primarily because of budget and also habbits taught when I was younger. So now I am at the brink of homelessness after getting scammed at a rent house. We have poor credit but there just so happens to be a gym on the same floor our room is on...I am going to start going at least 15 min a day
Being out of work suuuuuucks, but remember there are other things to better yourself and even help financially. E.g. learn to cook, you cant afford KFC anymore and pot noodles taste like shit. Learn to make some lasagne and eat it over 2 days, now your upskilling and saving money❤
Another thing- in Oct/Nov 2020 you removed your video on the US Election because you said it was a little biased towards one of the candidates. Is that video still available somewhere? Your true ALUX fans should be able to see it.
15 Things recommended here 1) Health, fitness, rest - reset 2) Get out of the house , sun on your face and put yourself in nature 3) Stop digging 4) Don't start anything new - focus on the essentials for the time being 5) Start a daily routine that jogs your mind and keeps your life predictable 6) Reach pot to your friends 7) Have an honest conversation with yourself about what got you here 8) Let go of the dead weight 9) Revisit an old source of creative happiness 10) Get Professional help 11) Change the difficulty settings on your life 12) Grieve, feel your feelings, allow them to exit the body (time doesn't heal anything, if you don't use time to work through it ) 13) Don't drown your sorrows into anything that would make it worse 14) Zoom out (When stress or anxiety overwhelms someone, "zooming out" can help dislodge their mind from a cycle of catastrophizing ) 15) Use your setback as the Origin of story for who you are becoming
Great advice… 1/3: I would not hesitate to take good counsel from either a (qualified) priest or Rabbi as well as other therapists. 2/3: I have my own personal collection of over 184 axioms and words of wisdom that I rely on to keep winning and when I neglect or forget to follow them I get off track. 3/3: Don’t knock “butter” it makes almost everything better! I'm starting a new life chapter, and this one involves exercise and weight loss. Rather than figuring I'll somehow find time for it, I just ripped apart my daily time budget to schedule the meditation and gym time. It's a great chance at securing VICTORY!
VICTORY: I have to find a beautiful home for myself and my husband. One where we can be celebrated not just tolerated. I know that is what my higher power and inner being can commune with. I will return to Alux victorious and illuminate a path to home and communion for my fellow man!❤

I really resonate with all the ideas and perceptions that you guys have on life here. And how to handle these challenges in life. You know what I do find for myself is that managing my time or getting focused and pursuing that goal at the immediate moment that I need to I always doubt myself that it is not the right time and then when I do that I end up exceeding or not meeting deadlines if that makes any sense. I'm very good at starting things and then seeing them through in a timely fashion is what I struggle with. Being afraid or lacking motivation to follow through on the ideas that I know work.
Amazing video actually... Nothing like the usual stuff which illiterates like me can't begin to comprehend.. These are simple to complex steps to take to witness a change... Funny to understand I don't even do the first point in the list and wait for life to be kind to me.....Gotta Get out there to Get some...

The last one ia very accurate. I have been redundant for four months and I am taking the right actions. I just need to wait.
