Oh we do so many of the same things!! When I was still driving truck I got up to my heaviest 244lbs. I ended up with an ulcer which caused a lot of weight loss which kick started me. I found that if I made myself smaller portions which really made a difference. I never deprived myself of anything just all in moderation. Now I'm doing intermittent fasting which for me is normally I only eat supper so I fast from around 5pm to 5pm the next day unless I have a later evening ice cream craving. It's been 8 yrs and I've been back up then down, but I'm REALLY trying now and am down 61 lbs so far. I'd love to get down to H.S. weight of 135...maybe I can do it before my 65 yr old body just gives up😆😆. Congratulations on your weight loss journey!! God bless🙏❤️🙏

Congratulations Amanda you have done and awesome job 👏, I wanted to lose 9 pounds and I lose actually 20 pounds and now I gain like 3 pounds back, but that is because l haven’t being consistent but I need to take my health seriously and continue losing weight and make the right choices when it comes to food ☺️, we can do it 🙌🏽

You sound so much like me. Food is my “drug”. It’s so hard. I’m also diabetic. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and I have non alcoholic fatty liver disease. I take a handful of pills every morning and night. I weigh a lot more than you do though. I have been gearing up to start again but that’s the hardest part and especially after losing and gaining so many times. I’ve been overweight 27 years. I’ve started so many times then give up eventually not because I’m not losing but because I’m tired of worrying about food constantly. Like you said I eat what I want when I want and watching what I eat is so much mentally. Congratulations on your weight loss.

@@amandapayne2629 for me as well. I also have binge eating disorder. And I’m all or nothing. I can’t do moderation. Cheats derail me.

I'm catching up with your videos, so I didn't see you when you were overweight. I thought I saw you injecting Ozempic in one of your videos. When did you start that, and how much did it contribute to your weight loss? You look great, and I think you look healthy. Take care, Linda 🦋

It was Mounjaro. I’m a diabetic so it brought my A1C from 12 down to 6 in 3 months! I went from 155 down to 126. I’ve been taking it about 9 months

@amandapayne2629 That's wonderful! Sorry I didn't read the medication carefully. My son was put on Ozempic when he was recently diagnosed with diabetes. It has helped him. I'm concerned about the side effects, so I was interested to see what you experienced. Your A1C results are great, good for you! I'm sure you feel so much better.

Those fake sugars like aspartame and sucralose in diet drinks and food are sooo bad for you. I lost a lot of weight a few years back and that was one of the first things I cut out of my diet. Unfortunately I’ve gained it all back plus some. I need to find my motivation again

I’ve finally pushed through and am down to 138 now. It’s a day to day struggle for me. Im afraid I’ll gain mine back too if I’m not careful
