Wow! Just applied what Adrienne said “tell him, ‘I feel sad, but I trust that you are doing what is best for you’”- my man wasn’t leaving me, but because he was frustrated about a bunch of things, he made some very hurtful decisions that affected us. I had a long list of complaints lined up to “spew” on him, then listened to this video before I talked to him...and instead I said, “Even though some of your decisions and words made me feel hurt, I really do trust that you are doing what you need to do - just wanted you to know that.” It was HARRRRD to say that, but I meant it - and WOW - he apologized- on the spot, and again about 2 hours later and moved toward me and commented on how much he loved how I respected him and now is making plans for a trip for the two of us to take alone! Does that mean, we shouldn't talk about the things which are making us feel hurt? But then these things can piled up and lead to frustration? ? Also, Isn't it a good thing to communicate about the things which did hurt each other, so that we can understand each other, rather than assuming things on our own? OR We should let go of all these things and not communicate about our feelings as it can be a pressure for them. I always get confused about it.;)

This coming Saturday will be our 3rd week apart. We had a lot of wonderful years and I feel like family, media, stress,work, and debt and ourself might have taken a role in our break up. It is very very hard to do no contact. On the first time we talked he told me, I love you but am not in love with you anymore? That tore me apart. Should I continue doing , no contact?? Ok now y’all are speaking my language! We are on a break right now. Day 4. Except that I called for the break but we both mutually agreed. My reasons is because I feel hurt and think we need to do more things together. Anything! He’s tired from work. I get that. I also want to communicate more. It seems we argue about the stupidest things or disagreeing and I hate it.
We’ve been together a little over five years and I don’t feel like he knows much about me. Yet he agrees I know tons about him, from him. His gripe is that I need to make more of my own money and that I’ve been getting lazy with that. And I agree. So now here we are, both waiting to respond to each other in some sort of push and pull nonsense or were both going back and forth with I love you I miss you and ugh!

Hi Adrienne, I’ve only just stumbled upon your videos following “space” which led to a break up yesterday. For two weeks of space I had so much anxiety and did all the masculine mistakes. I told him when he decided to break up I’d miss him sad it’s over but glad to have met him. I also was completely honest and told him someone had already asked me on a date in two days (I think I subconsciously forced myself to move on in the “space” during which I made all the masculine mistakes).
Anyway I love your videos and advice and I would love a session with you if you offer it? Or would you recommend your programs? I've been vulnerable, set boundaries and told him how worship his is for me, after nearly a year of dating. Let him go by "trustin his decision but also by telling him I could not do this anymore because we were not up to the same goal and my feelings for him were now very strong.
It's been two weeks since it happened. Maybe it's nothing talking about time haha, but it's been the most difficult time for me. My bday was two days ago and he didn't show up.
While at the end of every day I just figure out that I really miss him and that I really would not like this to be over, it breaks my heart to think he is not feeling the same and I doubt he could come back. 😔
I do think he needs space, but at the same time I'm afraid of him not coming back because I didn't really leave the door open. I wish him back and really would like to text him ..but I stop myself.

This is so lovely. This is a great learning but i dont think i can use it, since they’re with someone else and it seems pretty serious.
In my Get Him Back program I talk about how a new relationship for your partner has a high incident of failure statistically. While I don't wish that on anyone, I can honestly say you'd be surprised how often couples reunite no matter the odds and can rebuild again, stronger and better than before.
Loving this ladies and you. 🥰 I’ve been seperated since April last year. I have three boys with him. I have been struggling with letting him go because I love him so much. This and another video from Adrienne has been so helpful. The backing off on contact though is a real challenge. He see the boys every week, we communicate about things for them and we have been doing family things together. I don’t know if that’s weird or not. What do I do about the no contact thing? As much as I hate being in this situation I have to be truly honest and he just is not the kind of man I want to be with or the kind of father I want for my boys. This sucks to admit. Does this work the same for long distance as well? We were great for 6 months and he chased until I started doing masculine energy things (now that I've learned), he pulled back, I kept reaching out trying to pull him back and he got more and more distant. We didn't end badly, but he hasn't made the first initiation in about 3 weeks, but just responds when I reach out. Does "pulling back" or doing "almost no contact" still have the same effect when long distance?

I’m in a long distance relationship, & I feel like he’s pulling away. So if a woman is busy with her feminine power and a man feels neglected by her, and decides to leave her.... then what? My husband gets jealous when my attention is on someone else. So he goes into a childlike, sulking, passive-aggressive behavior pattern. Oh I think I did a Hail Mary on my guy recently, I said something very similar to what u did, I haven’t heard from him in a week. I didn’t contact him again, the ball is in his court. I quietly walked away. I have just been focusing on myself.. I assumed I scared him & he doesn’t reciprocate my feelings. I guess time will tell

Am actually doing all this stuff, with my current boyfriend mark, he has been coming back around, and trying to contact me. You ever heard about the clean Slate message? Look it up. You basically apologize for stalking him, tell him that you were not acting like yourself. Tell him that you are sad but that you respect his decision. And then you simply back off and you must focus on yourself and do things you enjoy or find things if you don't have anything. You can do this!He said that he didn't know so that's good... He didn't reject you completely. Give him space to miss you if you want him back.
I finally went on a date with my ex who wanted to get together to exchange Christmas books we had discussed. I was very honest and said I don't stay friends with my exes, I said I had feelings for him and either we work things out or let each other go. That it wasn't fair for him or me to keep each other tagging along. He said he moved on when I broke up with him in October so we shall go our separate ways but for some reason the guy does not let me go and keeps messaging me. I don't even answer anymore and decided not to see him or answer his messages. I really want to move on because he either wants me in his life or he doesn't which i said . It might have been intentional, it's hard to say without knowing all the details. What's important is what he does next (whether he keeps staying in contact with you or not).

Wow.... I needed to listen this right when I need it. I am dating a guy through a dating app. It's been a month and a half and we text led a lot and phone calls and video calls. Etc. All good good things. We both agree that there is a definite connection between us and we had some very nice mature authentic conversations. But since 2 weeks he is been a little distant. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do if he’s not responding to you. As difficult as it is, I’d take your focus OFF of him for now, focus on yourself and on meeting men who are available and interested in pursuing you right now.
