To hell with xenomorphs, Orks really are the perfect warrior life form out of all of fiction. Deadly, self-sufficient, spread like the plague, and literally grow stronger both individually and as a gestalt psychic consciousness the more conflict they engage in.
Agreed, If it was the psy force of the WAAAAGH alone a few Human blanks like the Sisters of Silence would be able stop an Ork armored advance with their presence alone. I think the WAAAAGH needs something physical that "Almost works" to stick to or a Weirdboy to channel it directly.

I do find the two arguments interesting, but as you say, I think the most reasonable explanation would be a mix of the two ideas. For me personally, I put them both out there because if someone is a fan of the Orks, then they can choose which part of the lore best fits their own interpretation of the faction, and in some ways it's better for small parts of the setting to be "loose" like this. So long as people can enjoy themselves with their thoughts on their own faction, then all's good
This model really struggles with saying Waaaagh, it's not like with the old Attenborough one which could do it fairly well. I unfortunately had to change a bunch of lines to remove the "waaagh", since it just repeatedly failed to get it right, but I'm glad one or two slipped through, even if they sound goofy as hell!

Speaking of Meks this reminds me of Orks during 8th edition, there was a very funny oversight on GW part. They let you squadron up your buggies, since having a mad max vehicle army looks really cool. Thing was GW did not expect anyone insane enough to own 9 copies of the same model, since the cap in 8th was you can have 3 copies of any 1 type. So what happened was Ork players brought 9 buggies and a Dakka Jet, that lets every buggies +1 to hit in shooting phase. ON TOP OF THE FACT you can make it's main weapon fire out of line-of-sight, AND you can have it hit on 4 instead of 5 (cuz technically a Grot was firing the gun). So even if your opponent was behind dense cover, you're always gonna get that +4 to hit and there was no way to get you back to +5 since you stacked 2 +1 like that. In layman's term, Orks were balanced around having high damage but low accuracy, but when you stack buggies like this, you essentially can hit anything on the board with relative ease, your buggies have high mobility, and they ignores your cover. It truly was a glorious Speed Waaaagh moment.

Thank you! The writing is definitely the most enjoyable aspect of doing this, but it's helped by the fact that the actual voice model is so smooth. I worked really hard on making it as natural, and realistic sounding as possible, since as you say, a robotic, or mechanical voice only detracts from the quality of the writing, and cheapens the entire project.

About the red ones going faster it seems to even affect other factions. Like most mobility focused astartes chapters are infact red or at least have red racing stripes. And blue being lucky? Well what's the colour of the Ultramarines? You telling me those ain't getting some "blue=lucky" mojo?
quantom mechanics? schrodeningers cat? when unobeserved the reality/fact is unknown. when observed the atoms/mechanics change. the orcs communal telephathic powers affect reality. although not to a degree like pointing a finger and firing a nuclear warhead. but but from outside the car seems to function of one, and would expect to drive. when opened and inspected the car can no longer work as the observation has changed its inner workings. something like that

I was expecting that Orkimedes, the mek that works for Gazkull were mentioned, he was able to invent many of the great weapons that make Gazkull so feared like the telportation device, no human has ever see him because aparently is protected by Gazkull ver jealously

I just finished scratch building a deff dread from spare bits and junk. Lol I iz a mekboy.. soon I iz gonna be a Mek Boss .
