His progress over the years are insane
Awesome player work on always keeping your head up
He's 15 already I watched him when he was like 10
Somewhere a dude like Scott Stevens is licking his chops with anticipation for the day this kid shows up on the ice in north America
he did and performed very well
3:37 poor kid sliding into the net lmao
he isnt having children LOL
Kid's got sick hands and is pretty explosive. No shame in getting a degree in Japan where he'll be comfortable, have way more fun and then maybe play a few years in the asian elite league. Big props and best of luck.
All the perfectly timed rhythm changes. Powerful skating. Nice soft hands.
This kid reminds me of another kid I saw 20 odd years ago, who I thought would make a career for himself in the NHL I was watching a random international the team was Spartak Yekaterinburg and there was this short, skinny Russian kid making absolute fools out of his opponents....
That kids name was Pavel Datsyuk.
Wonder how he would compare to AAA Canada kids
Reez Electron I think he would be fine
He was named scoring leader in 2 of the 3 AAA Canadian tourneys barber put him in
Probably an average kid he will be vs Canadian kids.
doshin7777 he did amazing compared to them, it was a AAA elite hockey camp.
is he eligible for the chl import draft? if so, someone should take a gamble on him....
North Bay #1 import right here I tell ya...
I have always respected your skills, I now have another reason to respect you for bringing this wonderful talent under your wing. Good on Aito and Good on you Pavel
Thanks hope you keep enjoying!
This kid is NASTY! Lil man is doing full-on Barry Sanders level jukes on ice, great work dude.
HELL YEAH!!!
God bless him and hope he proves me wrong. But . This is Japan.
Don’t break out the word “prodigy” until he’s faced actual competition
Friggin rights, put him on the ice playing against some guys that are 18,19 at a jr A, B or even C level and see if he dangles... I'd give him 2 week and he'd be running home with his tail between his legs 😉
You guys are dumb as fuck, honestly the fact that he can play this good without even playing a North American hockey game is incredible. This kid has talent. You guys have shit. Eat it.
@@killermon117 you mad, bro? why so triggered?
@@hoserfella
Sure if that makes your life complete
@@killermon117 Don't even know what that means. I DO know that you need to learn to disagree with others without blowing up in a profanity-laden tirade. And this is over something as trivial as a hockey player.
2:09 “when he gets to hitting level he’ll get destroyed!” 😉
He's under 5'5 His not going anywere , put him in bantam AAA d1 on Québec or Ontario and He's vert average people hère way over 160 lbs hé ways about 110
D WS there’s a difference between 6 foot 185 and 52 112 the size is just crazy. The kid may have the best hands at youth hockey but he’s really small
@@dws5951 lol this kid isnt even as good as an AVERAGE 15 year old AAA player in Canada.
wonder if he will have his head down watching the puck when he faces real hockey players, " heads up.......BOOM!"
Charlie Fleming if you actually watched the video buddy had his head up most of the time. Stop hating dude
Not realllllllly. May look like it but it's pretty shitty hockey he's playing. He is good not taking it away from him it's just wait till he is playing against people that are the same hockey skill level or better.
A lot of kids at this age who have good hands tend to either be hungos or one dimensional players, but he can pass, has great awareness, seems to be able to play physical, and he's an incredible skater. Good stuff.
Why didn’t the defensemen check him? I saw like 4 chances he could have been blown up but they just stopped and tried to poke check him.
He's talented but hes going up against a buncha Pylon's out there.
Get him to the GTHL. He has so much potential.
Yes he should have went to the GTHL this season or the USHL and now he only has 1 yr left to get to Canada or USHL and try to get drafted to the NHL in 2021! If you are interested I have actually done an updated video discussing Aito Iguchi on my channel!
I can’t believe that Pavel Barber Taught this kid
Graceful as a gazelle. Great work Mr. Barber.
Very good skating, his edge work is giving him so many angles to move.
He played in Canada for a bit I know kids that have faced him they say he’s nothing too special it’s just an average player going against bad Players
probably the kids talking shit were worse than him though
All the “undersized”, “poor competition”, and other pointless comments are just bs. If you can’t see this kid has a bright future in hockey I suggest going to your local eye specialist and get some glasses
Ryan Badertscher the NHL has moved into a smaller game. Look at guys like Sami Vatanen, Johnny Hockey, etc. The game is going towards speed and skill.
He’s good.....NHL or JUNIOR good probably not there is a difference between small and being 5’2 when your 15....and the poor competition it’s kids in Toronto and around Toronto just 100% better I did those dangles 5 years ago in house league
Cue the that kid would get rocked if he played in Minnesota or Canada comments
Very true! If I saw that toe drag more than once, he would be on his ass. That is, if anyone could catch him. He will find out though that, everyone can get caught. Be ready for it kid. Awesome show of skills though!!!
Roofer850channel he’s find for now with his hands and the use of his mind he won’t be stopped for a while
@@Nesroff I agree. Been there, done that. It will catch with him sooner or later. Just be ready for it and adhere to the game.
Grant Greni he has played in Canada and was still amazing he is a ridiculous skater and his hands are amazing
@@ezrapolansky1537 yeah but he's looking down a lot. He's going to get rocked! I agree, if he was playing in Minnesota he'd be on a high school team and the boys in this state would teach him to keep his head up.
Wow! I hope we see him in the NHL one day soon...what a talent!
I really don’t understand how someone can hate this kid.
He bunny hops to much. Could be so much faster if he lengthened the strides
He’s gotta go some where else. Japan he won’t get noticed and he needs more challenge
Damn. That AAAA kid sure can dangle those A kids
Jakitoes 73 wooooooosh
His edge work is off the charts.
Absolutely Beautiful edge control
He’s playing against kids that can barely skate
I mean he went to the ushl combine and still dominated so I don’t think that matters
@@dannystauffer4300 LMFAO
Kid would be tearing up house leauge in canada
Dan Gill facts
Fax lol
He played 3 AAA tourneys in Canada which 2 of them he was named scoring leader
I’m sorry but he won’t go anywhere he’s too small and he’s playing against pretty easy competition if he were to come to Canada and pursue hockey he wouldn’t do well due to everyone being bigger and stronger than him. He won’t be ready for the fast pace hard hitting games cuz the games he’s playing aren’t fast paced and barely even hit
Ethan Down Wven though he played 3 AAA tourneys in Canada and was named scoring leader in 2 of them
Besides the bad competition he legit moves like an NHL player. His stick handling and skating is actually amazing.
It's great to see that he is getting better
I’m guessing there’s no body checking in this league by the looks of it
Nvm there is but rarely do they hit
I was just thinking that. At 15, that first goal cutting the middle like that where I played, guaranteed he'd be put on his ass.
Nice dangles and decent hockey IQ but a feeble shot and undersized frame (5'2" 112 lbs), good luck outside of Japan.
Matt Blair johnny gaudreau 5'6 160lbs, I dont think size will stop him with a skillset like that
@@jeunesteiner406 Johnny is pushing 5"10.
Matt Blair he said it himself recently, he is 5'6
he's list 5'9 on nhl but thats not his real life height
They said Martin St. Louis was to small as well, although no one mentioned it during his hall of fame induction
I mean he's pretty good but he plays in a low league so its easy 🤷♂️
You clearly don't pay attention, he played in Canada and is doing fine in the US rn
@@dunearksmith9869 what categori? He doesn't even play AAA league
he played in world juniors and got into the USHL
I hope this kids already getting looked at by nhl teams cause hes got talent
this kids amazing all you can say , skating is on another level
Could have really gone without the crazy techno
This boy apparently doesn't know how to feed. Soloing all the time
? Feed ?
Wth are you talking about?
Its not a fucking eating competition...
@Fatherland Child you are an idiot
If the white team hit he wouldn’t be much
The way he cuts to Center ...
He will be tragically railroaded
Career Over
Nice video man love all your stuff keep up the amazing work
A kid on my hockey team actually played with this kid. He goes to japan every summer and plays hockey there. He has played against and with Aito. My friend plays hockey in canada and he says that almost everyone there isn't that good. He estimates that Aito would be around average in a AAA leauge in canada. Which is still good but not exactly what he is hyped up to be.
