Yeah, I noticed the newer Patrick at least is just kind of weird, of not seems to have a different personality. :p A big chunk of the newer humor also seems to be people just wanting the AIs to spazz out and be crazy, which in a way is kind of funny, but I also kind of prefer the series having a plot, even if it's completely random. :p

@@thecubeheadguy6747 It doesn't help that certain topics can't get passed through anymore. Early AI cartoon projects (sponge, DBZ) were super unhinged with how free the AI was, but as they got more popular, they had to implement some restrictions. Like how often are you going to get characters to say "Yeah tax fraud sounds awesome" anymore? Any topics that could have been funny are blocked or railroaded, so people resort to just breaking it cause there's nothing else to do.
This is the best show ever. I actually watch AI sponge all the time now.
