Thank you for this one 💚 I had a thing happen last week with a family member and i paid attention to my energy levels. I felt horrendous by the end of the 3 hrs of non-stop dialogue, which had been so negative in each subject change from this person, no matter how i tried to redirect the conversation. This happened so bad that my legs were buckling with the drain of energy i felt so i ended up sitting for an hour at our dining table next to our doors waiting for said individual to leave through the door right next to her. I knew right then that i was dealing with an energy vampire. For the first time in my life, i've understood this energy loss to this extreme. I have avoided said person for the past week, but you're right. It's difficult when it's a close family member. I've been asking for Arch Angel Michael to help cut the chord. My energy has returned slowly, but I know this energy drain is going to keep returning to my life with their presence, they dont seem to be open to working on improving themselves, just wallowing in their gloom. I hope I can shield myself better going ahead. And I hope I meet better vibrational people going forward.
I can empathize with your situation. If you live with this person, start to make a loose plan to leave. It won't happen right away, it might take a year or more, but in the meantime keep your focus on the goal. Start with your self work. Anything you can do that occurs within yourself, meditation is great but it's easier to start with videos or literature on self love or self awareness, what is going on inside you?, that might be the question to answer The journey is long but even a tiny step forward is going forward. The journey of self discovery is so important am slowly moving forward and realizing my worth and slowly things are chaning it so mind blowing how my own life is changing so much at its own pace. I also done some videos, it use to be so hard now it just as easy as breathing, my journey of loving myself and finding my place in all of this is what make it all make sense and makes my efforts be all that worth it.

Thank you for this! I recently became very empathetic and it’s difficult to feel that negative energy sadness, anxiety etc. that I pick up from others. It wasn’t long ago that I felt like that so it’s difficult to distinguish between my own emotional energy and theirs. I will try the cord cutting. I carry it longer than I should.

I'm learning how not to absorb... a wise friend told me a couple years ago 👉🏾 observe don't absorb... Honestly, I don't regret meeting the narc because I didn't even know that was a thing... I didn't know my mom was also a narc... heck, I didn't know I was also a narc... nothing is a mistake unless you don't learn from them. Also, I'm learning to do things without expectations. I was finally able to purchase one of your paintings! I chose the dove because it has significant meaning for me. The day my dad passed away (1/11/24), a white dove crossed my path, and I just knew in my heart that his soul was free and at peace. I am so grateful for finding you when I did. I have been watching your videos for almost a year and a half now! They inspire me and bring me peace. I often take notes while I'm listening, so I can come back to them later.
