Write the first column (x(n) and perform circular permutation for each following column ;
column (n) = circularPermutation(column(n-1)) etc...

here we had the same length of X and H.
but what about we have different length of X and H?
Circular convolution can't be done for 2 sequences of different length. In the case they are, the shorter one needs to be padded with zeros to match their lengths.
Mam do the circular convolution and linear convolution for the same example of un equal number of samples in each sequence mam
Bro....if m is 1234 and n is 345 hence we can also write 3450 , we can do circular convolution and linear also..
