I was feeling so exhausted and unmotivated today so turned to this practice. Really made me tune in to what is going on inside of me, release tension, and now I can feel a current of calm energy running through me and I feel so much better. Thank you dear Paula.

Thank you Paula! This is a much needed practice for my body. I tend to overwork my body without realizing until something goes wrong; I have to keep reminding myself we don’t only need active exercise in our life, but give ourselves time to relax and rest.

Loved that. Thank you so much 🙏 .I will definitely be visiting this one ! I did come unstuck however with the supported downward dog ! I had to bend my elbows in order for head/forehead to reach bolster!😂
Thank you! Yes that can be a bit tricky to find the right position in the supported down dog - you could add a block to the bolster if you need more height or even just use a block itself which can have more height rather than bending your arms (or leave it out - probably better than bending your arms which is probably quite a bit of work!). xox
