I am just observing what I saw and every time someone said "its okay" the dog kept on jumping up so that's what I saw. I think you are mixed up on what I said. "And when you DON'T want the dog to do something, don't say his name." is what I said

Don't say "it's okay" cause every time you said that, the dog jumped back up. And when you don't want the dog to do something, don't say his name.
