This man helped me pass chemistry, maths and science in high school and now he is helping me understand discrete mathematics, stats and probability and calculus in college God bless this man❤❤
For those who are wondering, the Poisson distribution is a discrete probability distribution that expresses the probability of a given number of events occurring in a fixed interval of time or space if these events occur with a known constant mean rate and independently of the time since the last event.
Every time explenation is simple and clear. I dont know how he does this, but I enjoy math/stat with this guy. :) Thank you so much for your hard work.
Your videos have helped with GMAT, Statistic courses, Math courses, you name it. Thank you so very much for explaining this clearly and taking your time.
You are a legend......... Some lectures scares us with the formula.... But since I have watched the tutorial am now ready to do any questions on that.🙏🙏...... Be Blessed sir
The concept which university professor was unable to explain us in a 3 hour lecture, you made the whole concept easy in just 16 mins. Hats off to you sir really appreciate. This makes me realise how easy education is only if you get the right way to get educated. Huge respect 🫡.
Hello Sir, I hope you are doing well. This is so helpful and I've been tired finding statistic video that could explain poisson distribution clearly, and finally I found you as my life saver! Thank you, Sir👍
Everything is just so clear and easy to understand.. I have a question on the digits to write for fewer than (e.g 5) when writing is it to include 5 or it's to end on 4? I have asked, because in the previous video of Binomial distribution for fewer than 3,itwas just 1,2 and you didn't include 3
When it is fewer than x, you start from x-1 down to x-n. But when it is at least x, it's going to be x, x+1, x+2 up to x+n. And when it is at most x, it simply mean it might be x or below x. So you write it thus: x+(x-1)+(x-2)+....+(x-n).

I have a question Sir, is it possible that the mean of the events to be a decimal number??

I had to read that like 3 times to understand that but that’s probably the best way to describe it
As a discrete distribution, is it therefore not appropriate to represent the distribution as a smooth curve?
Love your voice. Clean explanation as always buddy! 🕊️
Mark Wahlberg type voice
I agreed
When I was introduced to poisson distribution I was very confused but you have made things very easy for me. Thank you sir💯
Every time explenation is simple and clear.
I dont know how he does this, but I enjoy math/stat with this guy. :)
Thank you so much for your hard work.
This is the best tutor so far..
I’m a second year business student and you’ve helped me so much. Literally taught me the whole chapter in 2 vids ❤ tysm
If you want someone to get to the point straight away, come and watch this legend!
You know i watched many videos, but i really got to understand this topic with yours, THANK YOU VERY MUCH
This guy is unrealllll, honestly we are so lucky to have him!
Your videos have helped with GMAT, Statistic courses, Math courses, you name it. Thank you so very much for explaining this clearly and taking your time.
the only guy who help me to pass every math course 🙂🙂🙂🙂
You are a grades Saver !
Thanks for all these incredible videos .
Thank you! I can finally understand what Poisson Distribution is! Really helpful video, please keep up the great work!
I LOVE YOU BRO YOU ARE SUCH A LIFESAVER!!!!! 😭😭😭
Thanks helped me solve a Computer Science problem using Poisson - excellent example.
You are a legend......... Some lectures scares us with the formula.... But since I have watched the tutorial am now ready to do any questions on that.🙏🙏...... Be Blessed sir
Great videos! Clear, to the point - I appreciate your vids! They REALLY help. thanks!!
gosh i love his voice so much
Lol, my brother and I just agreed he should become a voice actor 😂
Thanks!

Poisson means fish in french and i dont know how i feel about a fish distribution
hahahaha lol
Omg 😹😹😹😹
Something fishy

😂😂😂😂😂
is it weird that I'm dying to see the face of this magnificent gentleman?
Yes. It is
I even doubt If you understood this lesson😂
more than the scientific calculator, you make life easier
wow great teaching really liked the way ou taught it was simple and very helpful

This was so helpfu😭😭🙏🏽
TIP: You can use statistical table to find the value for P(X
P(X≤6) ;)
I think the idea was to break it down to first principles
thank you, thank you.. got stuck on changing mean if period changes and now I fully understand
Thank you dear organic tutor🥰
Tomorrow is my paper and i have learnt all poisson distribution from here in just sixteen minutes

Everything is just so clear and easy to understand..

By factorials you mean what?
When it is fewer than x, you start from x-1 down to x-n. But when it is at least x, it's going to be x, x+1, x+2 up to x+n. And when it is at most x, it simply mean it might be x or below x. So you write it thus: x+(x-1)+(x-2)+....+(x-n).
