Nice one. I like these ‘shift of focus’ tricks where the spectator’s attention is divided between what is happening in front of his/her eyes and also on what he/she is being asked to do at the same time. I’ll add this one to my Xmas day repertoire 😀

Great video. Easy fave card to wallet is double backer in your wallet and a DL with selection controlled to top. This gets equally a great reaction from laymen even if you do use a palm. Same conclusion in their eyes👍

Yes, Yes, Yes, Double backers are my favorite cards to use when I am working the table at the Chicago Magic Lounge. Any card named from a shuffled deck is my favorite, I use it as my ending to my set. This card in the wallet routine will find its way into my set soon. I also use a double backer for my card in the fire wallet routine.

nice one Mark I like the miss directional looking palm I caught that but thought OMG your not palming into a wallet though so not palming lol :) well performed great idea with the paper tearing and calling out of the wrong card :) and super tutorial :)

This is a much better Card in the Wallet than my old standby which involves forcing a card and having a duplicate inside my wallet. I'm not too confident in palming cards myself because I often get busted. 🤣
I caught that you did not show the middle card you called, but I had no idea how to select the correct slip. Nice one.

1:59 i figured out 2clubs was the card....but how can you guarantee they would pull out that written down on paper??

I don't agree. It is not obvious because it blows right by the average magician because in their minds you are palming the card from the deck, the structure is what makes this a great effect. I love going that extra mile to create the same effect like the professionals. I don't like to work hard. These are just my thoughts.
