    Watching the effect (before watching the tutorial), has to be one of the best and cleanest ACAANs I have seen - nice one.👌🏼

      @@totallymagic clever routine. I guess we can't say pick a number between say 5 -45 just to make it harder... They will be suspicious why that range I suppose still. But you had a nice out with the cut so all good... Cheers

    Love your videos...never rushed and never padded out with you going on about yourself or mucking about like some of the videos on YT... ypu present every thing at just the right pace. Please keep up the good work. Another excellent effect. Thanks.

    That’s a great idea doing a deck switch! I was actually thinking cut the deck for low and high numbers. I love ACAAN’s and I think this routine is a great idea. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Your mastermind deck version is a great idea too. 👍😊👍

    You're the best. I had no idea how this was done. You're such a good teacher. You covered all the angles. I was wondering about what would happen if they chose those really low or really high numbers. BTW how do you keep your kitchen so spotless.

      Hi Rob, When performing any type of CAAN or ACAAN I try using spectator management and encourage a mid range number, I say, if its too low it makes it easy for me to manipulate cards near the top, and if number is too big we'll be here all night counting cards!!! Most people give 20s and 30s in my experience. As for the kitchen being clean... I never use it, I live on takeaways, LoL, can't you tell from my fat stomach!! LoL. Take care.

    Was sure there was a peek involved as you ran off exactly 15 cards when having them return it to the deck so assumed you were positioning it at 15th position! But no, simple deck switch, nice 👍

    I love watching your videos on ACAAN. If memory serves me right, I recall you mentioned that you were in the audience at the Parkinson TV show when Marc Paul gave a spectacular performance of the Berglas Effect. That performance remains my favourite magic performance of all time. I also recall you mentioned there was more to that trick that was not shown on TV. I wonder if you could please do a video explaining exactly what happened. What did you see/hear that those of us watching at home didn't see/hear?

    • @totallymagic
      @totallymagic  2 года назад +3

      Yes I was, and I will do a video eventually explaining what I saw during the studio recording. Glad you enjoy the channel, thanks.

    I have at least one friend which would always write down 1 or 52, and when offered to cut&complete would just cut 1 singular card, hence ruining the trick :')

    • @totallymagic
      @totallymagic  Год назад +1

      As you know this friend always does this, don't give this one particular person those options. Tell them pick between 10 and 40, or tell them, Can you cut ABOUT half.

    great trick but I only like impromptu tricks no gimmicks!!! A bit disappointed, but good luck. Good routine. Pure ACAAN is where it's at and I have not seen one yet!!! The original one had to have a stooge.

    Tell them to pick a number btw 10-42 will eliminate 1 or 52

    Switch it back at the end so they can examine the deck. :O)
