The PAS Collection includes both of these low mile all original examples of a 1987 Saleen and a 1989 Saleen. Mark and I take a look at the details of both and show the differences which are important if you are buying or restoring one of these cars. The differences are subtle but massively important when it comes to selling or resale after restoring.
We're partnering with Performance Autosport to bring you a front row seat to view these precious cars up close. Mark curates and manages a collection of cars ranging from rare Foxbody Saleen Mustangs to rare race cars with manufacturers championship wins.

Stay tuned to the channel as we get to bring you up close to other Saleen's, Manufacturers Race Cars, and other vehicles of significance and rarity.
Many of these cars won't be seen at any shows or local gatherings. That's why we've partnered with Mark to showcase these vehicles and talk about their unique history and stories. Each vehicle we plan to introduce to you in video has historical provenance and significance. Add in desirability and low production numbers with that provenance and you have a car that is irreplaceable.
Many thanks to Mark LaMaskin of Performance Autosport www.performanceautosport.com for allowing us to show you around the PAS Collection.

Thank you guys! I bought a 1989 Saleen. 3 stripes and gold basketweave wheels. It sat out in the sun for 10 or so years and shows it. Got it on the road again. .But so fun to drive, 5 speed, 3:55 gears breaks the rear loose anytime.🏁

My old 89 still looks pretty darn good. I put about 10,000 of those 21,000 miles on it. It's a great driving car with the 3.55's.

3.55’s should have been installed in all the Fox Saleen’s. Makes a huge difference in the driving experience.

I had to laugh when Mark mentioned anal engineers. I keep track of every tank of gas in my cars also (granted my family doesn’t always send me the info, but I track ALL data of mine including octane used). And yes I had a jalapeño ‘86 GT convertible before my current ‘93 coupe. Crazy engineer here!

Excellent topic! I must agree the block windshield banner everyone relates to (I even have it in my 88). Keep the videos coming!
