A tip for cutting the bevels.....place your straightedge about 1/4 inch away from the fold and use it to guide the top end of your blade....perfect bevels every time.
I've been watching videos or few hours on how to do this . Yours is hands down the best . I love the one piece idea . The wet paper first is one some talked of hearing about but didn't do . The only thing I question is the fact you didn't appear to match the panel halves for length . I will being using this method for my wings .
Thank you for a truly clear and useful video. In your opinion, would this technique work for a much thicker airfoil, say with thickness 30% of the chord?
CG about 1 inch from the leading edge. Elevator throws of about 20 degrees. Aileron throws of about 35 degrees. Use reduced throws for the first flight then increase them to your preferred level of responsiveness once the plane is trimmed.
E168 with a chord of 178mm and 100% thickness. This results in an airfoil that can be cut from a 1" thick foam blank. See: airfoiltools.com/plotter/index?airfoil=e168-il
Using a fully semetrical airfoil, draw a line from the center of the leading edge to the center of the trailing edge along the end of the wing....the bottom half is the shape of the wing saddle.

This is the best, most informative wing build video that I have seen yet. Thanks for taking the time to post.
Glad you enjoyed it!

The is a very good video how to make wing thanks great job
Good man.Im just starting to build myself and this tuition is perfect for me.Keep up the great work and I will get you loads of subs.
Just what i was looking for ! Thanks
Do you have recommendations for cg. and control throws?
CG about 1 inch from the leading edge. Elevator throws of about 20 degrees. Aileron throws of about 35 degrees. Use reduced throws for the first flight then increase them to your preferred level of responsiveness once the plane is trimmed.
If you are going to hotwire cut a solid foam wing cores, what airfoil matches the saddle on the fuselage?
E168 with a chord of 178mm and 100% thickness. This results in an airfoil that can be cut from a 1" thick foam blank. See: airfoiltools.com/plotter/index?airfoil=e168-il

How my aileron reflex does this need?
I don't use any reflex. Unlike a flat bottom wing a symmetrical wing has very little downward pitching movement that needs to be balanced.
is the wing 30 inches long?
Yes the wing shown in this video is a 30 inch wing.
Thanks
what material is used ?
Foam board, it is foam with a layer of paper on each side. See: store.flitetest.com/flite-test-water-resistant-foam-board-by-adams-25-pack/
The foam board from "Dollar Tree" works great too...
I assume you mean elevons, not "elverons" right?
Hello sir where can buy this bord and what is name plz
You can buy the foam board from the FliteTest store: store.flitetest.com/flite-test-maker-foam-board-by-adams-20-pack/
Way cool I’m building one thanks
