This is bringing me to tears...I fully understand this as a Func. Brain Health Coach who has dealt with an over stimulated immune system for 30+ years. Retraining the limbic system and Vagus nerve are now at the top of my list! Love to you both. ❤❤❤

hypnosis fixed me! I went to a very unique doc in a large med center trained in gastroenterology. Works alongside the MDs treating IBD. I was stunned the power of the mind. I now have no reactions to food. I eat anything I want. Feel 18 again!

Thank you so so much for covering this topic!!!🙌
Already know that it’s going to be of GREAT help for exactly where I am in my healing process right now!!
You’re both so amazing and generous in sharing your knowledge-making what is a very confusing and complicated path to healing actually feel possible to navigate💚💚💚💚💚💚
Again, my gratitude can’t be properly expressed via typing but I’m SO incredibly appreciative of all the pod videos-but *especially* this one, at *this* specific time!!!!

Thanks; the part about nobody believing you are so sensitive has me in tears! I got “Toxic “, I ordered the Super Sensitive book . I have a new provider alert to these things!
It’s not in my head! Hasn’t been in my head for my lifetime! I’m 61.
I’m having trouble making friends since home is my safe place without air fresheners 50:19 , chemicals and smoking.
All of my test results are normal!………………………Well , then there is the mycotoxin test that I could not find someone to give me. Until,I forgot what test I was looking for. Finally, a decade or two later a discovery!

Omg. Idiopathic. I was so upset when I was told that. It feels like I was given up on. I’ve been dealing with “Idiopathic small fiber poly neuropathy” for seven months now. I’ve been to more doctors in the last seven month than I have been to in the last seven years. I sort of gave up on the medical community and have given in to taking gabapentin for the rest of my life. I really don’t want to do that.

You mean for your house or your body? You can start with QPCR testing for your house and urinary micro toxins for your body, but that may not tell the whole story.
