It’s worth noting that Wii U Eshop download versions of Pandoras Tower and Sin & Punishment Star Successor can be played with the gamepad. No other Wii games do this and the disc versions of these games won’t allow it when put in a Wii U. Pandoras Tower is an expensive Wii game right now, S&P may be in the future.
That's not really true. Games like Xenoblade Chronicles are capable of being played on there since that and a few others were playable with the Wii Classic Controller.
@@keijijohnson9754 Xenoblade is the only one I missed. Name one more Wii game that lets u use the gamepads buttons to play. Any Wii game lets u display it on the gamepad and play with any Wii remote combination it supports but I’m talking about solely using the gamepad to play.

@@Valentinacastilloferron Bayonetta never came out out on the Wii. First was on Xbox 360 and PS3 then was bundled with Bayonetta 2 on Wii U.

Not sure if you still have any room in that final video you'll be doing, but I think it's worthwhile to have a section on any demos that provide content not available in the full game, or demos with benefits if you will. You've mentioned a few throughout your videos like Codename Steam and Bravely Second demos, but would be good to have one place that covers them all. If not, that's cool too. You are a hero regardless! 😊
Reminder to check if you have changed your clock in-between any online games. They could prevent content like Pokemon Shuffle for 3DS.

For the Fatal Frame WiiU version, I may be wrong but I think the Samus and Zelda costumes arent on the switch version

These are having more mistakes than usual, I think its a price worth paying to get all the videos out before the eshops close and help people more than cause problems with some mistakes like that. I normally would have taken your comments into consideration and would not have repeated it, trust me, did in the past :D

Hey man! I have only played the Wii U but wouldn't trade the gamepad feature for anything, I love it. But if you are not big on motion control stuff, the switch I hear is great too.

Can I still download updates I haven't gotten yet for games, physical or digital, after the eShop closes?
Nintendo has said updates will still be available after the shop closes. At least for now. They've been a bit vague about what they consider an update vs. free DLC however.
@@Widgerber I believe when they mean update they mean anything that is considered that in the eshop store or sends you there to update software.
@@malachihill8677 right. Again, Nintendo has said game updates/patches will still be available to download after the closure. Until the shop actually closes we can only assume this means you'll still be able to access that portion of the eshop.
Edit: I suspect this will be similar to how you can still download utilities like the Skyward sword save file channel and Wii transfer tool on Wii 4 years after its shop closed.

I’ve liked these videos so far but this one is not as good. You did list real gems that deserve the purchase before the eshop closes, but more than half are elsewhere. Sure, there’s the pad gimmick in them but is not that essential, maybe just un Fatal Frame. Shantae, Axiom Verge... this is the moment you should least think of buying them in the eshop while there are many out there that you won’t have the chance to experience legally after next Monday morning.
I've got you covered. Check out later today or tomorrow morning for the final Wii U + 3DS video where Ill list a whole BUNCH of exclusives, hidden gems as well as the free games on both systems! This one is just something I promised to do in a previous video and was a quick one to produce. Still interesting in its own right I think, but I agree, the time is more for hidden gems and exclusives that are not going to be available elsewhere, so do check this next one, you will not be disappointed.
Remember kids; if you want your games to be absurdly overpriced in the second-hand market, just put the Pokemon copyright on them…

Yep, its started to shut down early. They removed the daily free plays, except the training bonuses, and removed the themes you could earn by buying 10 chances.
