As a non Dallas resident, non mavs fan, I see and understand the pain from this video and Gallaghers reaction. I had similar feelings when Shaq was traded to Miami in 2004, aaaaaaaand he trimmed down to Pristine Shaq shape. He became the enemy as soon as us Lakers fans saw that.
The funny thing is that what ever problems Luka had will probably go away, this trade will be the best thing for Luka. We had the guy! the Don who after long while made the Mavs a destination, cool the root for and fun to watch nightly. AD is fine and welcome but this team was built with Luka in mind now just a skeleton crew of role players - Nico traded away the heart of the Mavs and fandom will never forget.
