gawd she's beautiful-she needed dean though to make it a perfect entrance. although it does look like this is an editing error. because when you look into baby-there are definitely two guys in the front seat. but then only meg walks out. there had to be something in between that was edited out. imo.
yes the plates do change. i thought i read or heard somewhere that they change baby's plate depending on which state the brothers are in. don't know if that is true or not.
I'm thinking it's more just editing errors. If I'm not mistaken, she has the same plate since in S2 when they changed it, but they keep on using many same scenes filmed in the past, so we see the old plates ^^;
maybe they filmed it, intending Dean and Sam to be in it, then changed to just having Meg driving. And what about the plates. Have the plates been changed over the years? I was watching another season, and the car had a different plate number.

Seeing Baby again, actually brought tears to my eyes, I was crying and saying "Baby, Baby, Baby, Baby!: then cursing out Meg for doing that to Baby.
