    Why has co-living space not emerged as a category as people thought it to be? I believe it is somewhere around security guarantee, privacy and difficulty in tracking the transactions. But given that real estate is deeply linked to security and emotions, a company built around trust could leverage this gap and charge a significant take rate on transactions.
